Requirements

Job Description/Requirements
 A loader arranges the cash that is going to the various satellite branches on
the floor of the loading bay. This enables the officers to confirm the
completeness or otherwise of such cash Arranging of cash
 He loads the cash into the cash bags, seals the bags with security
seals Sealing of cash bags
 Hands over the bags to the CIT Service Providers representatives who
thereafter loads the cash into the vehicle.
 He also moves the cash to be sorted by the sorters from the vault to the sorting
room under the supervision of the Head, Cash services or other vault officers.
 During evacuation, he collects the cash bags from the representative of the
CIT company under the supervision of the Head Cash Services or vault officer.
 He cuts the seals and drops the cash on the floor of loading bay before he
starks it for the Head Cash services or vault officer to confirm the
completeness or otherwise.
 After the vault officer must have confirmed the completeness, the loader will
thereafter pack the cash inside a box and move it to the vault. The cash will still
be arranged on the floor of the vault where further confirmation will be made by
either vault officer or Head Cash services or Vault Manager as the cash may
be.
 He thereafter arranges this cash in the various cabinets denomination by
denomination. In the presence of Vault custodians.
 In the evening when the cash count is to be done by the Branch Service
Manager or Head Cash Management as the cash may be, the loader also
assists for further arranging the cash to facilitate the cash count.
