This case you need to start another healthy habit to quit a bad one.

If you can get 50mg


Make out a routine which will involve a work out possible a road walk, in the morning.

Then get a coffee.

1st thing in the morning take a walk, or jogging for at least 20min. Then eat food and take 50mg trad. (Stopping the drug all at once is not easy To avoid much withdrawal syndrome, which is also not health. So here you gradually reduce the dose to get out completly unhurt)


After like 2hrs or more, take a cup of coffee (the coffee will help keep your brain excited and mimicking the euphoria effect you get from trad).
