Hello.
You have to download a file explorer preferrably ES file explorer. Then install it.
Go to your settings, select sound, and select ringtone, then you'll see 'complete action using'
Select ES file explorer. From there you should be able to select any file,song you wanna use as ringtone. Hope it works

I just got a reply from support.
It turned out I sent the article as an attachment and it got discarded as a precautionary measure against phishing.

Thanks for your prompt reply Tuemack.
I didn't submit directly through the website all because I encountered difficulties and also I saw somewhere on the submit page that I can submit through email and support will forward to the recipient. So that was what I did.

Anyway, I'll keep my fingers crossed and wait for their reply and I didn't receive any acknowledgement of receipt of submission.

I no dey happy at all. Feeling like these people stole my work. I submitted like three hours before deadline and i got a mail this morning that the assignment has expired. Imagine. I've sent a mail venting my anger.
