Pidgin2:
How can i regret being a Nigerian, then what will I tell God if I was born in Pakistan, Somalia, Eritrea, Syria or even India

With people like you filled with complaints how can you ever move forward?

Ordinary soft drinks issue is making you depressed, is it not better to eat fruits or make fruit juice?

Oya move over to travel section and try your luck, you will surely get visa to travel and then all your problems in this life will be over until you depart. It's only Nigerians that have problem in life, citizens of other countries live in constant happiness and joy, without problems until their death abi?
There will always be a worse situation than what we are in already. It seems you prefer we get to the aforementioned countries' situation before waking the govt and its people up from their slumber

It isn't about the soft drink, rather its about how this is a reflection of Nigeria as a whole which you're maybe blind to see, how things are handled and how we take things for levity like you're doing by saying 'ordinary soft drink'. Take those 'ordinary soft drinks' together with vitamin C consistently over a period of 3weeks and come back here to tell us ur state of health.

Me going to travel section should be none of your business. Those other countries have their issues too, but it definitely isn't something as basic as food control and regulation.

I wish I was depressed and would wish to commit suicide, by the Grace of God I'm stronger that that. I'm just angry at this country Nigeria. We the youths have to wake up to the realities on ground else people like you will regret your action/inaction in future. WISE UP!!

Just when you think you've seen it all.
First Fanta, then Mirinda and lucozade.

Theres no way one wont regret being a Nigerian. The country is just too backward and mediocre for my liking.

How can an abnormality be detected and the excuse is that they didn't know it'll be imported to the UK. What the hell is wrong with NAFDAC, CPC and other leaders in charge? Why are people not going to jail for crimes commited? Why are companies not being adequately punished commensurate with the rules contravened?

How can the world be going digital and technological, but we want to produce pencils in 2018!!!. What happened to vision 2020?

I want to see more innovations like what andela, sesewa and co are doing. Where did this country get it wrong for God's sake?

Why will youths not wan to travel out the country by every possible means. Check out the travel section and see for yourself. Nothing is happening right in this country.

I'm not even thinking of voting by 2019 except something significant changes. We need a new revolution in this country. Damn APC, PDP and the others. Damn them all.

Time is of essence, and very soon this Oil they're all fighting over will be meaningless.

Sadly, this would most probably not draw the attention of government. They're more interested in mediocrity and politics.

I read somewhere that Tesla outdid the Almighty general motors (GM), now I know why. There's also another thread about a bicycle that doesn't use the conventional chain for wheel movement instead it uses batteries; These are the type of innovations I want to be a part of.

For the first time on NL I support restructuring or breaking up of Nigeria. No hope in sight really. This country needs a revolution. Infact I'm so angry now. I drop my pen here.

According to him, it is wrong for any
person to also think that there is
inadequacy in the number of centres
stipulated to register candidates for the
UTME
Go to festac and see what's happening there. One center for the whole of festac, mile2, apapa. Less than 5 computer sets to register 300000+ students. One thumbprint machine functioning. It seems this new JAMB guy(s) think we're fools.

If i'm asleep and a cockroach or a rat is moving about, i'll hear it and won't rest until I kill it. I hate it when people drag their feet on the floor while walking too.
I hate that throaty sound some guys do before spitting. It irritates me.
Sudden noise scares me, it could be banging of the door or dropping something heavy suddenly. It makes my heart beat really fast. I usually beg my friends not to surprise me with anything because it is always too much to handle. Don't Surprise me, Don't try to sneak in on me, or close my eyes with your fingers and ask me to guess who's there. I'll go crazy in less than 2.5seconds.
You hypertensive?

Ngerians aren't plenty there because the country has strict immigration and religious laws, not because things are expensive there.
And besides the subsidy is for her citizens only not international students. Tuition is usually more expensive for foreign students.

BusinessCBN Moves To Strengthen Naira, Injects More Dollars by toluine56(op): 6:42pm On Apr 03, 2017
Barely three days after the naira weakened against the United States dollar, the Central Bank of Nigeria is set to boost the local unit with the injection of more dollars into the foreign exchange market this week.

The CBN, it was learnt, was planning to increase dollar supply with a view to ensuring liquidity in the interbank market.

This came barely one week after the apex bank promised to increase the sale of dollars to Bureaux de Change operators from $8,000 per week to $10,0000 twice a week.

The CBN has been engaged in aggressive supply of forex into the market as it steps up efforts to save the naira from currency speculators.

The Acting Director, Corporate Communications, CBN, Mr. Isaac Okorafor, on Sunday said the CBN was determined to sustain the provision of liquidity in the foreign exchange market in order to enhance accessibility and affordability for genuine endusers.

The regulator on Friday warned commercial banks and other dealers to desist from sabotaging the apex bank’s efforts aimed at making forex available to endusers.

Okorafor said the CBN had received complaints from customers over frustrations they were meant to go through in getting forex for invisible items such as tuition fee, medicals, personal and basic travel allowances.

The CBN has urged the general public to report to it any bank that fails to meet customers’ needs within 24 hours to 48 hours after due documentation.

It said it was determined to deal with any official or institution found to be sabotaging the operations of forex market in whatever guise.
