I heard of someone who got Collection and Decision together in one mail from TLS.

This was my same situation. I got 2 mails from TLS, one stating a decision has been made and it was ready for collection, then the 2nd one was basically a collection mail
My passport was delivered by dhl the next day and my visa was in it, so fret not

I got a decision mail yesterday and another mail saying my travel documents are ready for collection, both mails are from TLS. but someone is making me scared right now that the UK embassy is supposed to send me a message saying my documents are ready else it's refusal, please can I speak with anyone who has gotten his visa recently?

I'm not sure the mail did anything, but it doesn't hurt to try, it does not cost up to 2000 naira, so I think it's worth it, compared to calling them (in my own opinion tho)

Trust me your visa has been granted, if you did everything right, there's no reason for you to be refused. I totally understand what the wait feels like, honestly. But I'm sure it will end in praise.

I got my visa today
Online Application - 9th December
Biometrics(walk-in) - 14th December
No Decision mail (I had to send a mail to them to escalate it on the 14th of January cos it was taking too long)
Collection Mail - 18th January(against all odds)
DHL delivered- 21st January
(Standard Application)

But my visa had been issued since 14th January, the day I sent a mail and they told me a decision hadn't been made.

Thanks to everyone on here who has contributed on this thread one way or the other, I am silent reader, but you all have been of great help.

Mine is 24 working days now. All we can do is to be patience. I believe it will surely come and visa will be granted by God's grace.

I did my biometrics on the 14th of December, no mail whatsoever from them, sent a mail to escalate it last week Friday, got my collection mail today and now I'm waiting for DHL, Fingers crossed!!!

Fill the exact tuition fees without the discount. Then on the additional information page, you can write it there, that of the 14k tuition, you were given a discount of 1k, to be on a safer side, cos there's been stories of visa refusals, because the ECO missed it on the CAS
