there might be a sore you are not seeing around your tip which is contributing to the painful urination. i'll suggest you get a bactroban cream/ointment and aply twice daily coupled with one tablet of augmentin 625mg twice daily for seven days. You might need some pain relievers too... preferably tablet diclofenac 50mg daily after eating(to avoid stomach ulcer). pls take alot of water and eat fruits and vegetables.
