Thank you for your response. I've read the requirements on the WES site but I just want to clarify it. Can I just send a copy of my WAEC certificate with copies of my diploma certificates and a scratch card to WES by courier? Will that suffice or does WAEC have to send it? Am I to send only a scratch card?

I didn't ask that, but you should worry about doing your part by sending the scratch card. Hopefully they won't need to ask for another verification but just use the card option

Please what exactly is the scratch card process? Is it sending a copy of my waec certificate alongside my OND and HND certificates With a scratch card included or is it another process?

Well I think you can fax the scratch card both front and back with the revealed PIN number to them using hellofax.com.

I don't think you can do this as its stated on their website that only unscratched cards will be accepted.

hmmm interesting i should say, that you wanna try to play God in the guise of helping your friend.
