Does Penis Size REALLY Matter?

The truth comes out...

The debate has raged on and on for many years... Does penis size really, truly matter?
The answer is: It depends on who you ask.

Most women will say YES, size definitely matters. (Unless they have a partner with a small penis, in which case they need to keep their mouth shut! But they'll likely confess to their girlfriends anyway...)

Most men will say YES, size definitely matters. You don't want to feel nervous about disappointing your woman. You don't want to be "that guy" in the locker room who always has something to hide.

So the real question is: How big is big enough?

Measuring Up to Average Joe
The average penis size is between 5.5 and 6.5 inches. Approximately 75% of men fall into this range.

Some are much larger — but before you pat yourselves on the back (or elsewhere), you larger fellas, be aware that too big can also be a problem for women! If you are endowed with a monster penis, be gentle!

More often, however, those who don't fall within the average range are on the small side. Others who are at the lower end of average are unhappy with their penis size.

The general consensus among women when polled is that they prefer a penis that's seven to eight inches in length.

And don't forget: When polled, the majority of women also say that girth is important; sometimes even more important than length! Most women say a penis should be at least six inches in girth.

I know what you're thinking... What do you do if you fall short of the mark?

Is penis size just a genetically encoded life sentence? Will you just have to learn to live with it — for the rest of your life?

Working On Your Penis Size

You probably go to the gym, right?

And you watch what you eat, right?

There's no shame in trying to improve our health and our physiques — in fact, it's something men normally take great pride in.
So why should we be embarrassed about penis enlargement?!?

The fact is, we shouldn't. Having a bigger penis can make a man feel more confident, more attractive, more virile, and ultimately better in bed. And that's good for you AND for her.

Of course, she'll love you for you. Of course you have attributes OTHER than your penis that make you attractive to women. But we all have to face the facts:

Size DOES matter!
Don't be ashamed of wanting a bigger penis when nowadays it's so easy to do — and you can do it in total discretion.

With a top-of-the-line, all-natural male enhancement supplement like VigRX Plus, you don't need to do anything except swallow a tiny capsule each day.

And almost immediately you'll begin to experience bigger, harder erections... increased sex drive and stamina... and better control (i.e., no more premature ejaculation!).

Health / Re: Urinary Track Infections (UTI): How To Diagnose And Treat by TomTheleader: 12:27pm On Apr 18, 2018
TomTheleader:

Do I Have a Kiwi Allergy?

The kiwifruit, also called Chinese gooseberry, is a healthy and colorful addition to your daily diet, unless you’re allergic to kiwi. For over 30 years, kiwifruit has been known to cause an allergic reaction in certain people. Some people react to the fruit just by itself, and others have other food, pollen, or latex allergies that have a cross-reaction with kiwi.

Symptoms may be localized to the mouth or other areas that touch the kiwi. Symptoms may also be more severe and affect your entire body.

Mild symptoms include:

itching and tingling of the mouth, lips, and tongue after eating the fruit

skin rashes

In more severe cases, symptoms can be serious and can become life-threatening.

Symptoms after eating kiwi:

difficulty breathing or asthma symptoms

swelling of the mouth and throat

numbness of lips and throat

severe abdominal pain

dizziness and loss of consciousness

vomiting, cramping, or diarrhea

drop in blood pressure, known as anaphylactic shock

Some people may show symptoms of what is known as oral allergy syndrome. This syndrome causes a person’s mouth and throat to feel itchy and tingly as soon as they eat a small amount of kiwi, or another food that they are allergic to.

Oral allergy syndrome can also cause swelling and skin rashes.
If you or someone you know has a latex allergy, the risk of reacting to fruits such as kiwis, bananas, and avocados is increased. That is because allergic compounds that are present in latex are similar to compounds in certain tree pollens, fruit, nuts, and vegetables.

If you have a kiwi allergy, your risk of reacting to other foods is higher. That is because some foods share certain allergy-causing compounds. The most severe reactions such as shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, or anaphylactic shock

But I present to you the solution

Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe is good because it is a natural antihistamine. Histamine in the body is produced from amino acid Histamine and the conversion requires an enzyme whose action is inhibited and impaired by magnesium.

In Aloe Vera Gel there is magnesium lactate which effectively does the job, so preventing the body from releasing too much histamine. This is turn prevents or reduces the intensity of the resulting itchy rash called Urticaria commonly known as ‘hives’ or ‘nettle rash’, and aloe vera doesn’t cause the common side effect of drowsiness seen in many conventional antihistamine drugs.

Acemannan and the polysaccharide sugar in
Aloe Vera Gel is an immune balancer or immune modulator, acting on the chemical messenger system which controls the activity of white blood cells. A balanced immune system is essential to good health.

Bee Pollen

Bee Pollen is natures finest all round supplement known to the ancient gods as ‘Ambrosia’ and later a popular brand of creamed rice! (If you are old enough to remember this rice pudding product which is out of fashion now).

Especially for hay fever sufferers bee pollen taken about six weeks before the expected onset of symptoms can reduce the effect and in some cases stop it completely.

The body does NOT react to the ingested pollen as it would were it to get into the nose or eyes. By taking bee pollen, the body recognizes it as a friend rather than as a foe, so the allergic response is altered.

The actual mechanism is uncertain but it may be caused through the action of quercetin (a bioflavanoid found in bee pollen). Quercetin also inhibits the release of histamine which may also contribute to lessened allergic response.

The name Propolis is derived from the Greek meaning “before the city,” signifying that propolis defended the entire community from external threat. Propolis has a 5000-year history. The Assyrians and the Greeks used propolis to help maintain good health. Fortified with royal jelly, Forever Bee Propolis® is an excellent way to help support the body’s natural defenses.

Understanding Prostate Changes

Prostate Basics

The prostate is a walnut-sized gland located between the bladder and the penis. The prostate is just in front of the rectum. The urethra runs through the center of the prostate, from the bladder to the penis, letting urine flow out of the body.

The prostate secretes fluid that nourishes and protects sperm. During ejaculation, the prostate squeezes this fluid into the urethra, and it’s expelled with sperm as semen.

Prostate Conditions

Prostatitis: Inflammation of the prostate, sometimes caused by infection. In some cases, it is treated with antibiotics.

Enlarged prostate : Called benign prostatic hypertrophy or BPH, prostate growth affects virtually all men over 50. Symptoms of difficult urination tend to increase with age. Medicines or surgery can treat BPH.

Prostate cancer: It’s the most common form of cancer in men (besides skin cancer), but only one in 35 men die from prostate cancer. Surgery, radiation, hormone therapy, and chemotherapy can be used to treat prostate cancer. Some men choose to delay treatment, which is called watchful waiting.

Health / Can Enlarged Prostate Be Shrunk? by TomTheleader: 2:25pm On Mar 21, 2018
The prostate gland is a male reproductive organ that is about the size of a walnut, found at the base of the bladder. The urethra is a thin tube that allows the passage of urine out of the penis. It runs through the prostate gland. Fluid produced by this gland helps to protect and feed sperm, which come from the seminal vesicles via the ejaculatory ducts into the urethra.

Family / You Reduce Marital Problems By 50% If You Marry From Your Town — Simoyan by TomTheleader: 3:08pm On Jan 17, 2018
Eighty-three-year-old retired diplomat, Olayinka Simoyan, shares the story of his life with TOLUWANI ENIOLA

Tell us about yourself.

I was born in Egbe, a town in Kogi State. Egbe is the first town to sight when one is entering Kogi State from Ilorin. I was born on February 1, 1934. My father was Alabi Simoyan while my mother was Olatilewa Simoyan. I am the Basorun of Egbe town. I was a columnist for Sunday Times of the Daily Times family for many years. I am also the author of a history book, entitled, ‘Oibo Egbe’. We call white people ‘oibo’ in Egbe. It is a chronicle of the life and times of Rev. Thomas Titcombe, one of the earliest missionaries who brought Christianity to our town.

Tell us about your educational background.

I attended the Central School and Titcombe College, all in Egbe, Kogi State. Thereafter, I attended the Nigerian College of Arts, Science and Technology, Zaria. I also attended the Nigerian College of Technology and the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). I went for a diplomacy course at the Université de Montpellier, France, and the American University, Washington DC. I was initially admitted to study Medicine under a Federal Government scholarship but I changed my course from medicine to public administration.

How was your childhood?

My father was one of the first people in Egbe to be educated. He was among the first to be able to read and write in Yoruba. He learnt how to read and write in Abeokuta, Ogun State, under the Egba writer, J. K. Ajisafe. When he came back to Egbe in 1915, he was regarded as successful because learning to read and write was a big achievement then.

My mother was my father’s youngest wife. We didn’t live together with the other wives. I was not quite familiar with my father’s other children but I could recognise them.

At the age of four or five, I began my life on the farm, which was not too far from the main settlement. At a point, I knew I needed to go to school so I told my father I would like to go to school. At that time, he was too old to fend for me.

I decided to sponsor myself through school so as not to belabour my father. I aligned with some missionaries in Egbe. I became a mission boy in 1949. I worked for the missionaries and they became my guardian.

When I got to Standard Five of those days, I took an entrance examination to college and I was fortunate to be admitted.

Which period of Nigeria’s early history is significant to your life story?

That should be the independence era in 1960. That independence year was an interesting period of my life because I was trying to change my course from Medicine to Public Administration. I travelled from Kaduna, Zaria, Ibadan to Lagos, which was the federal capital, all in a bid to change my course. It was a difficult process.

I visited Lagos on October 1, 1960, and I witnessed the independence celebration; the change of guards and the lowering of the flags and the raising of our country’s new flag.

Why did you change your course?

I discovered that it would take a long to complete my studies in order to become a medical doctor. I initially preferred to study Medicine because my grandfather was an herbalist. I was discouraged at some point so I had to opt out of the medical programme. I was on a scholarship but I was lucky to change my course to Public Administration after a long argument with the administration officer at the scholarship board. The secretary to the scholarship board wanted to know why I was trying to change from Medicine to Public Administration which was not considered as important as Medicine.

He was trying to prevail on me to continue studying Medicine but I said no. He said, “What is wrong with you?” I told him there was nothing wrong with me. He took my file out, read it and shook his head.

He said nobody would give me a scholarship initially to study Public Administration but that I should go and make up my mind.

When did you eventually decide to study Public Administration?

When I left his office to go home, I saw a friend with a book on economics. The book is, Elements of Economics. He gave me to read and I read chapter one only to discover that it is an interesting subject. I said, “So, there is a subject like this? I went back to the secretary of the scholarship board and told him that I had made up my mind to study Public Administration.

I studied Public Administration at the then University of Ife. The university was then at Ibadan. After my graduation, I joined the civil service in Kaduna.

How did you become a diplomat?

In 1963, the Federal Civil Service did a mass transfer of civil servants to other parts of the country. We were given the opportunity to choose between the home service and Foreign Service. I opted for Foreign Service because I was interested in seeing the world and represent Nigeria.

I went to the Ministry of External Affairs then and they sponsored me to proceed on diplomatic training at the Université de Montpellier, France, where I studied French language, international relations and diplomatic practice from 1963 to 1964.

We were nine that were sent abroad for training. I reported back to Lagos where I spent three months before I was deployed in Washington DC, where I spent four years as second secretary, Political Affairs, Nigeria Embassy. From 1971 to 1974, I was the Charge d’Affaires of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Republic of Dahomey (now Benin).

From 1974 to 1976, I was Charged’Affaires of Nigeria to the Republic of Austria. I was also the Alternate Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna, Austria and Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation, Vienna, Austria.

What were your remarkable memories representing Nigeria in other parts of the world?

I made sure I got married before I left Nigeria. My wife and I travelled to France together. She also studied French at the same university. Life in France, where I was first deployed in, was not too difficult but it was very complicated because I had to learn the language.

The language was a major challenge. I felt a bit at home because there were other students from West Africa who came to France to study. Many of them came from the then Republic of Dahomey, now the Republic of Benin. They are Yoruba.

When they knew I was from Nigeria, they began to speak Yoruba to me. Their Yoruba was a bit different only in assent. When I heard them say words like, ‘Walahi, oro yen o ri bee, arakunri,’ I laughed and felt at home.

Another challenge was the culture shock and racism. We were young diplomats; so, we knew how to deal with awkward situations. One of the greatest lessons is that you learn about other people. I learnt how to collaborate and cooperate.

How did you meet your wife?

I got married when I was 30 because I studied at a much older age. I should have got married before 30. I had to marry because I was going abroad. I had to settle down. I met my wife long ago. Her elder sibling was my friend. Her grandfather was my father’s friend. She is more or less in the same family circle. She hails from Egbe too. I think it’s the best thing to marry from one’s hometown. If you marry from your town, the problems of marriage are reduced by 50 per cent. This is because you get to understand each other better. Marriage is a problematic situation because two people from different backgrounds are coming together to form a home. The two of you would have to decide to be friends but I took my wife as my sister. She passed on in 2008 and it has been hard living without her.

What was the most challenging period of your life?

That was when I had to sponsor myself to go to primary and secondary schools. As a young boy, it was not quite easy. I was very brilliant in school. I liked studying and that has kept me till today. These days as an old man, I write every day.

Another memorable aspect of life was a near-death experience when I represented Nigeria abroad.

People have a wrong perception of Foreign Service. They think it’s an easy job and that diplomats only go to other countries to enjoy life. Foreign Service is a life of sacrifice because you are cut off from your family.

Just as I was about completing my assignment in Austria, there was this horrible experience when terrorists attacked the OPEC headquarters in Austria.

On December 21, 1975, some militants attacked the semi-annual meeting of OPEC leaders in Vienna, Austria. I was at the meeting alongside Nigeria’s Minister of Petroleum Resources, Dr. Tonjo Akobo. Dr. Akobo asked me to get him something.

When I was going out of the meeting, I asked two other Nigerians to go with me. One of them was engineer Okanlawon from Ogbomoso and another person in the Ministry of Petroleum. When we were going out, we met some people with a bag and that was unusual. We didn’t know that they were terrorists.

I quickly used the opportunity to see my family while the other two Nigerians went to get some things at their hotels.

As I was preparing to go back to the meeting, the Austrian driver told me that the terrorists had taken over the OPEC headquarters. I was surprised. I tried to get to the headquarters but I could not. I went to the hotel and picked Okanlawon and the other Nigerian and went to the OPEC headquarters but we could not gain entry.

There were police, army officers and it was cordoned off. They announced that we should go to the office of the Austrian prime minister and we discovered that the ministers had been arrested by the terrorist. Three people were reportedly killed in the attack.

The lines were opened for us to call our countries so I called. It was a Sunday but couldn’t get through to anybody. I asked Okanlawon whether he had anybody’s telephone and he said he had that of Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo. I called Gen. Obasanjo and spoke to him in Yoruba about the situation.

I told him that they had arrested all the ministers, including Dr. Akobo. It was a harrowing experience. God saved my life.

What is the secret of your good health?

Nobody can predict how long he or she would live. Longevity of life is a gift from God. My doctor told me that my body is younger than my age. I have never taken alcohol. I don’t drink alcohol even despite my diplomatic experience. People believe that most diplomats drink but it is not true. My mates used to drink in my secondary school days but I never joined them.

How fulfilled are you at 83?

I thank God for everything. Despite the fact that my wife is no more, I try to live a happy life.

Politics / Only Court Can Bar Fayemi From Politics, Ekiti APC Tells Fayose by TomTheleader: 2:38pm On Jan 17, 2018
The Ekiti State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has said the state government’s White Paper, which indicted former Governor Kayode Fayemi is “a demonstration of executive recklessness by Governor Ayo Fayose”.

The Fayose administration, on Monday, released the report of a commission of enquiry it set up to probe the Fayemi administration and barred the former governor as well as some of his aides from participating in politics for 10 years.

APC said neither Fayose nor his government has any power to bar Fayemi or any other individual from holding public office.

Fayose set up the panel to probe how Fayemi allegedly embezzled N852 million State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) loan said to have been obtained from Access Bank Plc.

Fayemi filed a suit against the composition of the panel, citing partisanship of its members for allegedly being PDP members and civil servants who served under Fayose’s authority.

The former governor said he would not get justice from the panel, adding that it was set up to do Fayose’s bidding.

Access Bank appeared before the panel, saying Fayemi never stole any money.

The bank said it returned the loan to its vault when the state government failed to firm up the agreement on repayment.

Yet, the panel turned in its verdict, holding Fayemi culpable.

Fayose raised another panel to issue a White Paper, which banned Fayemi and his Commissioner of Finance, Dapo Kolawole, from holding public offices for 10 years.

In a reaction by its State Publicity Secretary, Taiwo Olatunbosun, the party described the panel and the White Paper as a kangaroo stunt to nail Fayemi.

APC said the verdict would not stand because of what it called the illegality that went into the exercise.

The party argued that the Supreme Court had settled it in law that only courts of law can stop any aspirant/candidate from running for any political office and not any administrative or judicial panel of enquiry.

It said: “All Nigerians know that Fayose is recklessly lawless and cannot survive in societies where the law works. His so-called White Paper is not only laughable but also a disgrace to all Ekiti people – home and abroad – with the way Fayose has taken ignorance, vendetta and debauchery to a ridiculous level. We knew all along that this is what Fayose wanted to do.

“We had expected his Attorney General, if he knows his onions, to have advised him that only a competent court of law can bar Nigerians from holding public office under the Nigerian Constitution.

“A situation where Fayose assembled PDP members and pliable civil servants as a panel with a strict directive to indict Fayemi at all costs and thereafter issued a White Paper banning him from holding public office, cannot hold water in a society where the law works.

“With the way he is conducting himself desperately to stop Fayemi from holding public office, we are convinced that Fayose is seriously going through a political haemorrhage and, therefore, his resorting to political desperation and unconstitutional means to nail our leader and a serving minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by any means possible.

“Neither Fayose nor the Ekiti State government has the power to bar or prevent Dr Fayemi or any other citizen from holding public office but a competent court of law. Such wishful thinking cannot stand judicial scrutiny. We advise Fayose and his pitiable undertakers to read the Supreme Court judgment and Atiku Abubakar in a similar matter.”

APC noted that by his “so-called White Paper that cannot over-rule the Supreme Court judgment as a precedent, Fayose has demonstrated recklessness, lawlessness and display of executive rascality arising from his ignorance of the law, constitution and total disregard for the rule of law”.

It added: “It is now glaring that despite Fayose’s empty boasts daily that Dr. Fayemi is a paperweight politician who is not popular at home, the governor’s latest action has proved that the reverse is the case. This barbaric action to halt the political career of a shining Ekiti star has shown that Fayemi is in league of nightmare Fayose has to contend with.

“It is an irony that Fayose, who is supposed to be banned from holding public office because of the plethora of criminal and financial misappropriation cases hanging on his neck, is the one unilaterally banning somebody, who held public office as governor without any blemish and is currently holding that of a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and has performed excellently well, as shown by the ‘Award of Public Excellence’ trophy bestowed on him by credible corporate organisations.

“We expect someone occupying such an exalted position of a governor, like Fayose, to be properly briefed and educated on the limitations of his powers as the head of the executive arm of government, primarily to formulate policy and implement laws, rather than interpret the law and, worst still, assume the position of a judge in a matter involving him as a party.

“We are not going to lose any sleep over a biased political report by a panel of PDP members set up by a PDP governor for the purpose of framing up our leader as a way of settling political scores.

“This is executive recklessness and political rascality taken too far by Fayose and his kangaroo panel. We wonder where he got the power to bar a leading member of the opposition in a democracy.

“We wish to assure our party members and the good people of Ekiti State that the so-called White Paper recommendation by Fayose’s kangaroo panel is not worth more than the paper on which it is written; this shall be challenged in a court of law. We are confident that this shall be quashed because there is no legal precedent or basis for it in the history of our country.

“We also plead with Nigerians to bear with Ekiti people in this moment of our governor’s lawlessness, which has negative implication for the integrity of Ekiti people in choosing their leader.

“We also wish to remind Fayose that his immunity will expire in October and must be prepared to resume trials on his many criminal cases, including those pending in various courts.”

Also, Lagos lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) has said Fayose’s ban of his predecessor from holding public office cannot stand any legal test.

In a statement yesterday in Lagos, he said: “In the case of Atiku Abubakar v Attorney-General of the Federation, the Supreme Court held that only a court of law has the power to disqualify and ban a Nigerian citizen from holding public office in Nigeria. So, the apex court set aside his disqualification from holding public office via a White Paper, which was endorsed by the Federal Executive Council (FEC).

“A similar ban placed on Malam Nasiru El-Rufai by the House of Representatives was also quashed by the court. To that extent, the decision of the Ekiti State government to ban Dr. Kayode Fayemi from politics cannot stand the test of constitutional validity. If Dr. Fayemi challenges the ban in court, he is likely to have it quashed and set aside.

“However, as a serving minister in an administration that is fighting corruption, Dr. Fayemi has a duty to respond to his indictment by the judicial commission of enquiry, which probed the finances of Ekiti State under his watch. Alternatively, he may pray the court to annul the report. But he cannot afford to ignore the findings of the panel.

“Since Dr. Fayemi chose not to appear before the judicial panel, he has to explain his own side of the story to Ekiti people. This is in line with the principle of public accountability enshrined in the Freedom of Information Law and Fiscal Responsibility Law enacted by the Fayemi administration.”

Food / Fear Grips Residents As Monkeys Invade Homes by TomTheleader: 3:28pm On Jan 16, 2018
Residents of suburbs of Darlington and Morningside areas of Zimbabwe are living in fear as a slew of monkeys invade their houses, wrecking properties in the process.

One of the residents, who spoke to Iharare, Ms Christine Zenda, said the monkeys were moving around in large numbers and were in the habit of destroying property and disturbing the peace.

She said, “These monkeys even have the guts to enter houses, vandalising properties.

“They grab food items such as bread and fruits from houses, while, in some cases, they invade gardens and orchards where they pluck vegetables and fruits.

“Bread and eggs are some of the food items that have been targeted in most households around these areas.

“They also have a tendency of distracting motorists with their antics on the roads, which can lead to accidents.”

Morningside has had its fair share of the menace, as the monkeys have also invaded homes and have even turned violent.

Usually, they have turned aggressive towards individuals demonstrating intentions to chase them away.

They are also moving in large groups, while the aggressive behaviour has often reportedly been directed towards women and children.

The viability of urban agriculture has also come under threat as a result of the intruders.

This has been attributed to the animals’ marauding behaviour, as they have developed the habit of entering gardens and pillaging crops.

This has reached a point where it is neither viable nor profitable for residents to grow crops for household consumption.

Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority spokesperson, Mr. Tinashe Farawo, said he had not received reports of the animals.

He urged residents to protect their homes by taking precautionary measures that include closing windows and doors.

He also discouraged residents from feeding the animals.

Farawo urged the affected parties not to harm the monkeys, as doing so is a criminal offence and unethical, saying humans should strive to live “in harmony with nature.”

“It is unlawful and an offence for people to kill any wild animal, regardless of its conduct,” said Farawo.

“As such, residents must always report the presence of nuisance animals to us or find a way of co-existing, but without compromising their safety,” he said.

Some residents have since resorted to keeping dogs as a way of keeping the monkeys away.
