There is a big difference between budget and actual expenditure. Are these figures budget estimates or actual spendings? |

I believe that Oyetola's votes in those polling units with over voting were also cancelled. If that is the case, then Adeleke did not have a wide spread of wins. It is evident , it is those polling units that witnessed over- voting that gave him the victory. |
