i joined this section yesterday but must tell that i respect pip-love vendor as his insight to trading goes along with mine. One needs to learn how to best interprete on bigger pictures as i have been saying since yesterday.

I told my boys they have the power to withdraw my trading license

if they ever catch me analysing on a tf lesser than 4hr or/and see me scalping.
Newbies are usually natured to those errors.

The banks ain't buying but it is ECB that is buying Italian bonds to mop up euro.

trust me when i say the banks are buying. They actually took their buy positions yesterday. goldman sach bought at 1.3535 630 mil, 1.3560 420 mil, citi at 1.3532 730 mil etc.

Fantastic day. The long anticipated move visited and the major support lines were seen. Now focus shifted to XAUUSD (Gold) which has a spinning top and bearish divergence on daily as well as a shooting star on 4hr. Fingers crossed we should see 1753

How do you ever see that kind of EUR/USD drop coming?? In fact, I'm annoyed.

The charts speak volume if you look at them from higher time frames. Weekly has a bearish engulfing plus the stoch has turned, daily has got 5 ranging candles contained within the last major bearish candle which is the 7th from present while it's macd still looks down and then 4hr has a double top pattern on candles and divergence on stochs. These all speak about selling.

I'd wait this one out. A break of 1.6130 will signal a buy and 1.6080 a sell on the 1H tf at least. It bullish on 4h and daily tf. Better to wait for one of those scenarios play out before pulling the trigger

There's absolutely no system that comes in handy during a ranging market. The very reason why i kept saying 4HR is good for trending. @ naijababe, do you mind sharing your system with me as well?

Good spike on gu. An opportunity to sell but if it breaches 1.6130 then there would have been a break of the resistance.

@odiaero Any trading strategy from you is highly appreciated but I prefer manual or semi manual system. @tonjoan am a versatile trader I adapt to any trading system as long as its profitable so anyone from you is highly welcomed. like I said my main concern is a good system for 4h time frame, weather trend, price action, support/resistance related. Hit me with what you got. I can't continue scalping, worst of all its affecting me socially cos I hardly have time for anything else. Always in front of my pc.

True scalping makes one jumpy on the system as much as it glues you to the computer and takes out your every other life.

@ tonjoan any good system that can survive choppy markets in 4h, Most trading systems are good in trending market. I judge system based on how it plays out on chppy markets. @odaero we are almost there. more green pips to your account. Now I made a post earlier, waiting for your response.

I wouldn't know the trading system you adopt but I can tell you with some confidence that most systems if well understood by the trader handle the choppy nature in the market. whether it is support/resistance or indicators or trend line/ price projection or candles. Amazingly, you'll get to see that 4hr particularly when it is in consonance with daily foretells the direction that major news will influence.
