Please mothers ,my 6weeks old baby does not suck mama's breast.she cries a lot until I give her infant formula. I gave birth through c section and was not producing milk until after 5 days.now she's so use to bottle that my breast does not flow well.thou I use breast pump to extract .What can I do to increase the milk flow? I do take pap, tea.still nothing much.

Able mama's, am back with my birth story, I passed my Edd which was on the 7th and labour was not forth coming. I was already scheduled to be induced on the 21st.so on the 11th at about 1am I noticed something hot gush out of my vj only for me to go to the bathroom and it was blood.hubby and I had to go to the hospital.I was having contraction which was not strong and the bleeding was off and on.so on Monday night at about 11pm the doctor called hubby into his office, there and then I knew something was not OK.He was told cs is the next option he came back and explained everything to me and I agreed.the c section was done on the 13th at about 10am.I woke up only to see my beautiful baby girl sleeping in her cot.Am just so great ful to God for everything. Now my question is what can I eat for my breast milk to flow well because I really wanted to do exclusive but right now it not flowing. Can I Drink malt too.

Hello mama's just wanted to share my joy that I gave birth to bbg on Tuesday, thou through cs but mother and child are fine.thanks once again to all mothers for your prayers and advice.Make I rest small abeg.

Mama's in the house, please pray for me and my Lo.my Edd is on the 7th.I just feel tighten in my tommy.my doc told me last week that is because labour is near.I pray all pregnant mothers here will be back to testify by Gods grace,Amen.#team October.

Hello mummies in the house,am 38weeks and 5 days.I feel tighting in my Tommy occasionally and at that moment I don't breath well.are they contractions signs?I take long walks already.

Dont starve yourself just watch what you eat.
Eat healthy and just enjoy your pregnancy.

Range of newborn weight is about 2.5kg- 4.0kg.

A big baby will be big even if you were sick all thru pregnancy.
A small baby will be small even if you eat a whale every day. Thank you dear.
Sometimes genetics has a lot to do in these things.

U r expected to gain btw 10-12.5kg thruout preg so don't work up ursef. Ao many weeks r u? Guessing u r ard 30+, the baby wil sure add more weight cos they gain more during d last few weeks so pls don't work up ursef,the baby wil sure take all he/she nids. U nid to eat well(nt overeat) so u can restore back wat is being taken and so u can also hv some reserve. Hope dis helps. Sure oda sabi mamas wil contribute.

Please mother's in the house,am team October a first timer and am gaining too much weight currently 82,I started at 68,I don't eat much but the doctor advised I don't starve myself. I did scan today and the baby is already 2.8kg...how do i reduce my weight ? Will strictly going on fruits,and taking few walks in the evening help?And what should be the normal weight of a new born? The scan is getting me worked up.I await your response pls .thank you

Hello our sabi mamas,i don come again o.and congratulations to the new mothers,God is your strength.Am 7 weeks today,and just noticed that the nausea i was feeling for the pass two weeks has stopped.am happy about its,but is it normal? Am a first timer. Thanks again.

Good morning sabi mamas,how body na? Am 6weeks gone,and i can't seem to keep anything down.any thing i eat,i keep vomiting.the only thing that stays is tea,which i take for taking sake.and i do take pregnacare and folic acid.Am so hungry but,afraid to eat.

Welcome,just add fersolate to the folic acid.if its pregnacare you prefer,its cool as well.
