Hello everyone, I bought starlink for a friend via my card, to avoid being debited I deactivated the starlink, now he's ready to use it and I don't need it to be connected to my account again. They said I should do transfer of ownership, I contacted starlink support and this was their response, is there any way out?

Simply cancel the subscription of the both Starlinks and do a transfer to them. They will need to create their own Starlink account and add the kit information at the point of creating the Starlink account.

cancel subscription means "cancel service" on starlink site right?

I thought it will be charged with the account is activated with. Because these people will add their account on the app while setting it up

I mounted the dish today, everything seem to be working fine now but I started seeing this on my starlink account this evening ,does it mean I'm owing them already, I thought they say is 30 days free trial, plus I ordered my starlink 31st August & recieved it yesterday, so how come?

Starlink does not perform optimally, unless it has clear view of the sky, with no obstruction in its view.

Mount the dishy at the highest point of your house, usually the roof. Make sure they're no obstructions in its view, especially to the north.

Recieved at last . I tested it without mounting on the roof ,speed was good 27mb/s but starlink keep showing "offline" then online after few seconds. Who experienced this too?

I'm planning to order starlink but due to black market rate makes it very expensive, so now I have a brother in Scotland he said it's sold at 99pound there, so my question is, if I order from Scotland when it gets to Nigeria, will it work? Or is it region locked?
