Hi,
If the pain is too severe then u'd better seen a Gynaecologist (doctor that specializes in Ladies), they might perform some tests, and evaluate your case history, and possibly offer some other options apart from Feldene. ANother Question is that do u buy "Feldene" or just Piroxicams; and the doctor may add some spasmolytics to ease the cramps.
Some ladies avoid extremely Cold drinks, sweet-stuff, etc during the suspected menstrual days. Or u may even commence the use of the pain-relievers at least 24-48hrs (one or two days) to the suspected day the pain will commence, of course u have to track and know your due date for the menses.
