Nairalanders please how do I stop MTN 75mb data auto renewal? Two weeks ago, my data got finished so I needed a little data to log on to my bank mobile app so as to subscribe.
I decided to buy the 100 Naira 75mb and mistakenly tapped on the autorenew icon, I got on my mobile app and subscribed for my usual 1.5gb but uptil now MTN still deduct 100 naira from my account for the 75mb I mistakenly autorenewed.

I have tried all avenues to cancel it but all to no avail, I have tried customer care but they aren't responding, I have tried sending no104 to 131 but the messages refuses to even deliver.

Please does anyone know how I can cancel the autorenewal? It's so so annoying
