@Lawyer Thanks for the great work. Kindly update us with the current status and pictures of the various estates in the Mowe-Ofada axis. It's about twenty(20) months since you initiated this thread and we want to know if anything has changed. Some of us are planning to invest in that area and would love to know if it is a good idea. Thanks in anticipation. |
Lanquart:I guess he resigned on maternity ground. He is already pregnant but hasn't confirmed who the father is. ![]() |
What are the other proximate estates to Pillar Gardens? Also what are the facilities offered in the estate? Is there any development fee charged? If so what's the amount? |
edicolove:I'll like to remind you that Tinubu is not contesting. Also, are you sure of your facts about Tinubu "stealing the state dry"? Anyway, if that's the way people steal and still get things done for the benefit of the populace, I think I'll support that kind of stealing. You can see the difference in the state where Tinubu steals from and other states in the Federation - THE DIFFERENCE IS VERY CLEAR!!! Once again, think twice before you cast your vote for PDP's GEJ. |
Don't be decieved. Voting GEJ is like maintaining the status quo. If we truly want a change, we must sweep him along with this tsunami. Remember that he might be a good man with good intentions, but he is on the wrong (and devilish) platform called PDP. A vote for GEJ will return all the LOOTING FACES (bank ole, iya bobo, omi to sore, etc) back to power in the form of Ministers, Special Advisers and Ambassadors. What do we get at the end ZERO - because the party continues.SO LET US JOIN HANDS TO UPROOT PDP THIS COMING SATURDAY FOR A BETTER FUTURE FOR US AND COMING GENERATIONS!!! |
We should start planning a VALEDICTORY SERVICE for our OUTGOING PRESIDENT. Next month, May 29th, is the handover date and we don't have much time to waste. Suggestions: 1. VENUE: Eagle Square, Abuja 2. ARTIST OF THE DAY: D'Banj - The Kokomaster 3. FATHER OF THE DAY: OBJ - (Father of an outgoing Senator) 4. GATE FEE: Free-Of-Charge 5. ETC, keep it coming please!! ![]() |
Very important. Yesterday's election shows that many people are not aware of this rules. Please broadcast this ahead of the forthcoming Presidential and State elections. |
By Dr. Tunde Bakare (Apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God) on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 12:13pm Greetings Please take note of the INEC voting procedures below. One more thing before the election on Saturday! INEC's procedure for ensuring a successful voting activity: 1) >>Take your Voter’s Card to the polling unit where you registered recently to be accredited between 8am-12noon. 2) >>During the accreditation stage, an appropriate finger of your left hand will be marked with indelible ink as proof of accreditation. 3) >>Anyone who fails to join the queue by 12 noon when the poll orderly stands behind the last person will not be eligible for accreditation, but whoever is already waiting in the queue before 12:00 noon will get accredited no matter the time. 4) >>Please note that anyone without his/her Voter’s Card has no business going near the polling centre as he/she will not be accredited. 5) >>After your accreditation, you must be back on the queue at 12:30 p.m. for another head count of accredited voters who show up to vote. 6) >>There will be a head count, and the number of accredited voters will be announced loudly by the Presiding Officer to all present. 7) >>Anyone who shows up after the head count is taken will not be allowed to join the queue, though he/she may have been earlier accredited. 8.) >>During the voting process, after the polling officials have verified your accreditation, appropriate finger of your right hand will be marked with indelible ink as proof of your having shown up to vote. 9) >>Thereafter, you will be issued with ballot papers signed, stamped and dated appropriately by the Presiding Officer. 10) >>On getting the ballot paper, you’ll move to the voting cubicle compartment to fingerprint the space for the party candidate of your choice 11) >>You’ll then return into the open and proceed to drop the ballot in the transparent Ballot Box provided. 12) >>Please note that Voting closes for each polling unit when the last person on the queue votes. 13) >>After voting, you may remain at the polling unit until the votes are sorted, counted and the tally announced by the Presiding Officer. 14) >>You must conduct yourself in a peaceful and orderly manner if you choose to stay behind and await the tally. 15) >>Adequate provisions have been made by INEC to enable physically challenged persons to exercise their franchise. 16) >>Please note that proxy voting will on no account be allowed. VOTE CPC, the best of the pack ready to work for you!, The Blue Flag and Pen logo, is it |

Beaf:@Beaf, I wonder why anyone is taking you serious on this matter cos i'm sure you're not taking yourself serious either. All your postings on GEJ shows your judgment is beclouded by undisclosed factor(s). You appear more as a clown and I'll suggest other Nairalanders ignore your comments and concentrate on more serious minded postings. I am only expressing my mind and mean no BEAF. |
OBJ endorses Buhari for President "Muhammadu Buhari as a member of the Supreme Military Council & as the head of the petroleum dept was by nature taciturn & introvert. But he took any work given to him very seriously & if he failed at whatever he did, it would not be because he did not put his best, in fact, his very best. He was as reliable as he was hard working & HONEST" – Olusegun Obasanjo ("Not My Will", University Press Ltd., Ibadan, 1990, Pg 59) Vote CPC, Vote Muhammadu Buhari for President. |
Whichever way we look at it, this is our lifetime opportunity to kick PDP out of Nigeria and out of our lives. They are not fit for purpose, they have done it for 12years and nothing to show for it. They are parties of people united with only one purpose, - to loot the national treasury. 'Kick |

Finecat:@OP Kindly post the link where you got this information from. I thought the last sacking of 1,500 staff of BankPhb was done in December, 2010. |
What do you mean by "net"? Does it mean all charges inclusive? Can you take one year? I am ready now. |
Are all other fees inclusive? If not, can you give details please. |
Specific location please!!! Also, can you give a brief description of the apartment. Thanks |

Oscar Onyeama, the Chief Administrative Officer of the American Stock Exchange (AMEX), will become the substantive Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). Onyeama beat two others - Yvonne Ike, a former staff of JP Morgan in the United States and Bola Onadele, the CEO of Datanet Limited - following a rigorous selection process. He is to replace Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke who was removed on August 04, 2010 by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is understood that the SEC is still awaiting nominations for other positions from the Council of the Exchange. Onyeama was one of 131 who applied for the job. The number was scaled down to eight applicants who were interviewed by a recruitment panel which included the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), Accenture, a Council Member of the NSE and Emmanuel Ikazoboh, Interim Adiministrator of Nigeria’s Exchange. It was gathered that the main attributes sought in the selection process were integrity, good corporate governance, entrepreneurship prowess and ability to manage stakeholders. The Council of the Exchange was said to be comfortable with Onyeama because of his pedigree. His selection by the Council of the Exchange has already been communicated to the SEC who is understood to also want to conduct its own independent search on the candidate. http://www.businessdayonline.com/NG/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=17056:oscar-onyeama-emerges-nigerian-stock-exchange-md&catid=1:latest-news&Itemid=50 |
Pebontrack:You are really talking. I think you were patient enough, for 5 YEARS, to see your Badagry site develop. Why not exercise the same level of patience with the Mowe-Ofada axis? It's a matter of time - meaningful development only started in this area in 2008 (2 years ago) and we are already complaining. Have you heard that the Ogun State government is planning to site an International Airport in Ofada You know what that mean - DEVELOPMENT!!! |
ZERO - because the party continues.
