Though Onyinye like I told you before, some of the things you say especially about you and your boyfriend get on many of our nerves. well long story short, me and my boyfriend had a fight that was pretty bad. we were both hurt. but we made up. and lets just say we had a fun time making up. lol. it was a pretty romantic night.

Well yesterday i had my heart broken so this is what helped me get through it
1. My music
i pulled out my Tupac and started jamming. it cleared my head and i let the beats and rhymes flow through my head.

2. Work out
I ran two miles on the track to clear my head. when i run i forget anything that is around me and let my mind run and heart speak. Them i went to my belly dance class and it put my mind into a different perspective.

3. My mirror
i stared at myself for a long time. this helps because i see the pain im in and it makes me remember who i truly am.

4. Acceptance
When i finally accepted the fact why my heart was hurting. By understanding this i was able to calm down to help myself find a solution to the problem that would make me happy.
