teniolajolade:My opinion (others might also give a contrary view) would be to travel with your COPR so its doesn't expire and then do a spousal application for your wife. Please bear in mind that the spousal route takes about a year but its safer so you don't lose out on both ends instead of just waiting endlessly. Once COPR expires, chances of it being reissued is very slim, but its not impossible. A bird in hand is better than 2 in the bush *Mythoughts* |
kiari:Amen oooo... Amen!!!! They better start soon... |
lawyerintransit:My husband got his in 2 weeks as stated. Though it was delivered to his UK address |
[quote author=Tyola post=95204959]Although you've been responded to earlier, I will like to share my experience with you 1. My AOR was on 08/12/2019. The last time I checked (in 05/05/2020 via CSE) all the four indices (Eligibility, Security, Criminality & background) were all valid. 2. Had a new born baby on 30/08/2020 3. Raised web form on 03/09/2020 (Although not necessary, I did attached my newborn's image) Hi! Thank you for taking time out in highlighting the steps you went through. I didn’t have to go through most of these. Or some were omitted and I still successfully submitted my newborn’s application in a few days. One thing we both agreed on is to raise a Webform. I’m sure the applicant would be informed of the next step to take after that. I only advised he proactively book for Medicals as booking is never readily available in a week. and it also reduces the lead time in submitting his newborn application. Don’t make it sound like I’m putting the cart before the horse. Every application involves steps, I mean you won’t enter EE pool without completing IELTS first amongst many other requirements |
jerryval42:Raise a webform and request to add new born. A mail from CIC will include updating your family info forms, medicals and making payment after which you upload all those forms in your CIC profile. You can proactively complete medicals (book for medicals now if you haven't) and obtain an international passport before it is requested, so the process is seamless and time isn't wasted |
lasignor:However results were sent in 3days. Qlife takes longer i think |
lasignor:I did mine back in February and it took about 5hours. Though they usually advised the average time as 6hours on the minimum. Due to the ongoing pandemic, it might take longer now |
titiclassy:Transcripts are not issued for PhD holders, He needs a Proof of Award Letter or a letter of conferral. It is a must. |
ACA. Thank you Jesus... |
