One of Mo’Cheddah's sisters, Lola got married yesterday to Lanre and the hashtag #Lolanre2015 has been trending on social media as a result.

The sisters shared a few photos on Instagram with Mo’Cheddah as the Chief Bridesmaid.

The outfits for the bride and her chief were designed by April by Kunbi with makeup by Doranne Beauty.

Mo’Cheddah’s boyfriend Bukunyi Olateru-Olagbegi was also present at the wedding and they looked picture perfect as Mo’Cheddah gave a demure pose in her all-white outfit (as requested by the bride) and Bukunyi looked dapper in his suit.

former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Senator Godswill Akpabio, was on Tuesday afternoon flown out of Nigeria to receive medical attention abroad. It was learnt that the senator, in company with about five of his aides, left the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja aboard a regular private jet that he usually travels with.

Sources at the airport said that Akpabio and his team arrived at the General Aviation Terminal, local wing, of the airport around 12.40pm.

It was learnt that the former governor was conveyed to his aircraft by a tarmac bus and was fit physically when sighted at the airport.

An official of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, who saw the senator while he was about to board his aircraft, said, “He (Akpabio) was at the GAT local wing of the airport and one of the tarmac buses was used to convey him to his aircraft. He left around 20 minutes to 1pm.

“The flight conveying him on the trip taxied to the international terminal from where it took off.

The former governor travelled with his own private flight and had about five persons who accompanied him on the trip. He looked physically okay, although some of the men with him said he might receive medical attention abroad due to the car crash he was involved in on Monday.”

It was the 17th birthday of Omotola's son and one of the youngest music producers in Africa on the 20th of August. Captain E got a surprise birthday party despite not expecting one. His father captain Ekeinde who had also been away for over 2 weeks on his flight simulator, flew in that day to attend his surprise party.

The biggest surprise of the night however, was Mastercraft and DeLB as he had always told everyone that Mastercraft is his best music producer to meet. Legendary producer DelB who has been a mentor to CaptainE then made this happen.

The service was attended by Peter’s family, friends and colleagues. The former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke and the Founder of Future Awards Adebola Williams were also in attendance.

The night of Tribute was held yesterday 17th August 2015 at the Catholic Church of Divine Mercy in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria.

The actress and producer is working on her directorial debut which is a TV series called ‘Every Woman Has a Story’.


The series features several first time actors handed the opportunity to showcase their talents as well as upcoming acts whose prowess would be highlighted. Season one was shot in Accra, Cape Coast and South Africa, while Season two will be shot in Nigeria.

Reason was that I most give people the latest gists and I have access to the internet and most especially; I love surfing the web.

Rescuers this morning recovered the body of the pilot and co-pilot of the ill fated helicopter that crashed into the Lagos Lagoon yesterday. Peter Bello was the co-pilot. Friends have taken to social media to express their grief. Heard he was the only son of his parents. May his soul rest in peace, Amen.
