I dey really laugh. You know among the people that accuse FG of increasing tariffs here dont even pay PHCN. We have houses in neighborhood that over four years they refused to pay and we have very regular power supply. If PHCN official come for general raiding and disconnect the power of course some area electrician will put it up. Such houses control over N150,000 accrued bill and yet everybody blames government.

So if they don't pay or reconnect who's fault is it?
