Like the oga above said, you do not need custom papers for a car bought brand new in Nigeria. Just try find the receipt or talk to a dealership to help you. But without the proof papers that car was bought brand new, custom will flex on you

You don't need a custom paper for a bran new car. Some dealers will present you with a cover paper ...that looks like attestation note ....May be start with To whom it may concern.
