Ministers are servants of the government and not servants of the president. Osinbajo power start and end with officers and servants of the government and not personal servants of the President. The COS is a personal aide of the President, he is not inherited by the acting president. PYO for now operates with his COS, also known as Deputy COS.

Sambo arrived the Villa at exactly 4pm into the waiting hands of Osinbajo who ushered him into his office. Both men are currently meeting in Osinbajo’s office.
