go to the initial application page and register afresh. portal.npower.gov.ng/apply after refilling click submit and you will see that your application is successful click to proceed to upload your documents.

please I have tried another email address to register. It keep giving me the same result the I am already registered. I am tired. Haba since last two weeks. Any other ideas?

I am still having trouble with uploading my credentials. Tried the link posted and still displaying I don't have access to this page.
