Development cannot be imported, it is not the importation of artefacts from China or any other countries. Development is human oriented, it is based on the development of human capital (know-how). If Nigeria or any African country must develop, the people have to look inwards and build their country. The solution to Nigeria's underdevelopment is "True Federalism", which will allow all the states to look inwards and explore the natural and human resources which abounds in Nigeria. 2 Likes |

Revolution is the sure way but do you think that can happen in Nigeria, a country deeply divided along ethnic groups. The only revolution that can hold is the one that will come from core northerners otherwise it will be tagged another 1966's coup. |

Nigeria is getting worse because of the incompetence of the citizens to challenge the government. The people are divided and will continue to be while the leaders, whether in APC or PDP, are united in their looting. 2 Likes 1 Share |

A government commits terror against its people when it ignores their plight. Its henchmen go about flaunting their ill gotten wealths in the midst of mass penury. Such government is essentially egocentric and failed to appreciate the virtues of humanism which is the path paved for progress and civilization. The effects of its terror are much more devastating and pervasive than that of any terrorist group. Such government derives its strength from the incompetence of the people due to lack of group consciousness. The people are divided as a result of the obvious differences among their ideologies, religions, and cultures. Criticisms against the government are perceived to be criticisms against the ethnic group at the helm of affairs, it is therefore seen as been bias and uncalled for. Developments will continue to elude such society while the elites grab as much as they can for there is little harmony and much instability within the people(the drivers of the TRUE CHANGE).
