My firm is seeking 5 day laborers for temporary work.

Pay is N10,000 bi-weekly

Applicant Requirements
- Workers must be literate (write and speak English).
- Workers should have smartphones and be reachable via WhatsApp.
- Applicants SHOULD live near the Surulere worksite (Eric Moore and Bode Thomas axis).
- Hard workers only please.

Job Details
- Workers must be onsite by 8am
- Work hours range from 10 to 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday), depending on your productivity.
- Workers will be required to occasionally lift sacks weighing up to 80kg.
- Job involves sorting and packaging items.
- Job primarily takes place indoors.

Benefits
- Daily work hours are based on reaching a set benchmark (number of bags PROPERLY FILLED) of productivity output per day. This benchmark can be met in 2hrs to 8hrs, depending on your work rate. You can work as little as 2 hours per day (10 hours a week) and earn the FULL stated salary. We are paying you for your output, not time.
- Our company offers chance for promotion, and yearly pay raises based on productivity.
