No hidden charge, so far all documents are available.
You may be asked to do new year for them, but it is not compulsory.
Paid #26,000 online to register.
Did #1,000 photocopy at my office. (Most of the photocopies made was not needed - I did 3copies each but they collected mostly 1copy)
Paid #100 for A4 paper and 1photocopy of application form given at there office.
Bought #100 white file which was not used.
Apart from download receipt from the portal, what other evidence of payment did u tender?

Are you doing your International Passport by yourself in Ibadan office, kindly follow this step for smooth experience:-

* Go a day to your capturing at any time of the day just to arrange and submit your file.
* Then go the next day, which should be your capturing day before 9am so that you can hear your name in the first batch and quickly take your file to Account Office, do Verification/Interview.
* Pray you won't have NIN issue; this you will know, when you track your application online.
* Then wait till they are done with their contract applicant around 3pm to 4pm if they ain't much or 6pm if otherwise when you will be called for capturing.

If you ain't having NIN issue, you will do your capturing that second day, but if you have NIN issue, you will need to go the 3rd day early morning when there will be NIN network to correct the issue, track online to be sure the NIN has being corrected, go to the Production Office to confirm that your file has gone to Enrollment room for capturing, then go and play and come back around 3pm when they will possibly have time for DIY to do capturing.

Should you plan to do everything on same capturing day:-
* Go to the office before 8am.
* Go to the photocopy stand and buy the white file,
* Come with A4 paper and ask for a copy of the Application Letter and write it.
* Ask for a copy of Application Form and fill it.
* Arrange your file accordingly and take to the Front Office.
If you are lucky and fast enough, you will be called with the first batch i.e. those that came before that day to open file.
* When called to take file to Account and to Verification/Interview Office, don't dull yourself and make sure all original are correct and ready for siting else, you may need to tip or be asked to go get it.
* When you are done with interview and under the shed, track your application and hope it will be on pending for NIN verification and not NIN verification failed.
* If you have no NIN issue, then go and play and come back around 3pm when if lucky you will be called for capturing.

NB:-
No eye lashes (you will be asked to remove it though)
No white shirt (you will be given their shirt though)
No rough hair (you will be given comb though)
No big hair style (you will be asked to go and loose it)
No oily face (you will be given powder though)
No neck chain (you will be asked to remove and can use back after though)
No need to overdo Photocopies of documents (you can keep the remaining though)

White file is for their applicant and brown file is for DIY.
Did you pay any other hidden charge?

A receipt is immediately sent by Paystack to your email confirming the payment made by you. You should check the email address you provided.
Yea it was, so that should also be printed as well. Meaning the download one from the portal and the one sent to my mail. The 2 are the evidence of payment, right?

......i got a receipt sent to my mail from paystack, so i will print that along the reciept from the immigration websit, if they dont need it, they should put it aside. When is your date of capturing.
Another receipt was also sent to my mail by paystack as well. I'll also do like u said. The two should be enough I guess. My capturing is in March. I want to be sure if we don't need to first submit any file b4 then.

1)  (a)You need payment confirmation or receipt from one of the following gateways : payfixy, bank, saanapay, Innovate1pay, etc. (b) Acknowledgement slip (c) Computer generated bill (payment receipt) by Nigeria Immigration Service. (2) If your enrollment is at Alausa passport office you do not need to.(3) At Alausa passport office no such thing like extra payment. But you need to get a plain white file for your documents.(4) It can be sorted out on the day of capturing since the name on your NIN slip matche(s) with the name arrangement on your passport application form.
Thanks a lot. My enrollment centre is Ibadan. I got all your points clearly apart from no 1. After online payment through paystack, a receipt was already generated and downloaded from the portal to print out. Which other evidence of payment is required apart from that?

.....okay, i get now, i used paystack via the immigration website.
same with me. Does that mean the receipt print out from the portal is the only evidence of payment we need?

Yes, you must write an application letter and will be addressed to the Passport Control Officer (PCO)  of Nigeria Immigration Service passport center you intend to get enrolled or captured. Evidence of payment (from the bank and from Nigeria Immigration Service portal for passport application).
pls help me out with these questions on renewal of passport. I paid online (DIY).
1. Is the downloaded receipt not enough as the evidence of payment?
2. Is there a need to go and open a file before the appointment date?
3. What is any likely payment to be made at the NIS office?
4. My NIN name is correct, just a letter missing on the middle name of my expired passport. Will this renewal be corrected as filled online?

From your approach in this situation, it seems you are financially buoyant..
The only thing to consider now is your age..
If you are above 30 then i think you should choose marriage, but if you are below 30 then you should go for your degree..

But if i was you, i will use the money to establish my own business and become my own boss...

Marriage and degree are not running away..
not a matter of being financially bouyant, only asking for better choice even as an ambitious person still hoping for the best

I don't see the big deal in any woman except my late mom. The women in our society makes it even worse for me to appreciate women especwith their kind of mentality. So yeah I don't value marriage as such except I meet my ideal woman which is near to impossible.

Career is Way hell better than marriage, when u look at the idea behind marriage in the Nigerian society, it's about a man and woman fending for themselves and developing and solving petty complicated issues. Some don't even solve. BUT CAREER oh my God if proper faced and devoted to can make u an immortal on the eyes of men. Career can make u achieve the things u want to achieve, places u want to go, people u want to meet.

I love and appreciate hustle and ambition. I'll advice u embrace it more than what the Nigerian society wants u to. An ambitious hustle is on the right path to immortality
Can you tell me the essence of hustle without having ur own established family to enjoy with u

There a none of it that cannot wait. Second degree and marriage is no longer a big deal. Invest ur money in to ur business and get a second degree when u feel u have pushed money enough into ur future, then think of marriage. I say this because marriage is nothing to look forward to based on real marital stories around
it seems u really don't value marriage as such. Are you saying career is better than marriage?
Romance / Wedding Or M.sc? by tormeewer: 6:49pm On Jul 27, 2018
As a graduate, which option should one take as a priority after school. Some people see M.Sc degree as a better achievement while others see marriage as prefered option after school. If you are to choose one before the other, which one will you choose fitst and give a reason for it.
