Please this Jaiz bank, is it advisable to bank with 'em? Business cannot be put on hold e joor

I was charged N546 for just $1.95 yesterday just to link their card with my PayPal account by access bank which means it was over N280/dollar as at yesterday, while same day gtb charged N270. Although i made a cancellation of that payment just like Mr Ymodulus i cannot jonz.
