FrancisDiote: Most Nigerians are completely gullible...I wonder how long it will take them to realize that pastors are only after collecting from members...that we don't need to carry placards and cutlass to fight for politicians only to get killed or maimed...that we must stand for our right in Nigeria and not be deceived anymore...Nigerians need to wake up and stop these rubbish! Not all pastors are after that please. Not all, but because there are hardly genuine ones so they all now carry that bad name but God will esteem those that are His own at last. The purpose of the church is to get souls saved for heaven's purpose and in the process of doing that the pastors see to the member's well being not necessarily with money but care like really concerned about their lives and not just telling them blessings this, deliverance that and miracle this in church. Visit them as Christ said. He even washed the feet of His disciples saying to them that He who will be great among you would be your servants. Matthew 23:11-12 11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. |

The Bible says, ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free, please don't generalize all churches. Because there are good ones out there. Growing up from a deeper life background i was brought up with the mindset where we don't even let the person next to us know the offering we're giving as hands are always very fixed. Mind you i presently do not worship at deeperlife as my home church presently.
There are so many errors in today's churches that are damning and the Bible never said "judge not" as they quote it to be but we must judge righteously.
What is money needed for according to the Bible? It's so there would be surplus in the house of God. Which actually means the poor are fed and taken care of, the widows are catered for, the lost are reached and nurtured to find life after our sojourn in this world, and there is agape love where we are all one even if you're a senetor.
My dad wasn't a serious Christian when growing up but my mum was and she was the one trying to get him along ok, he was so surprised getting to the camp and seeing men that could have esteemed themselves doing God's work by carrying things on their head with other poor people, as i was told these men were lawyers etc with their coats working for God and he was a press photographer like a journalist who knew probably some of them.
God do not bless you by you bribing him with money. He needs your service which starts with your own self. As someone asked me, "so it's wrong to kill animals and sacrifice etc" and i said it's wrong and evil as Christ paid it all at calvary which is the ultimate sacrifice once and for all, and then he said "what are we then supposed to do to appreciate God?" And i answered we must give ourselves as living sacrifice to Him as He gave himself for us. Search the Scripture as in it you think you have eternal life.
Seeing people say then how are they gonna build churches? ok this is it ooo... so many church are already built and these same churches are where harmed robbers worship, prostitutes worship and hired killers also worship, have these churches changed the hearts of these? No! So God's work doesn't need our carnal means to grow. Those churches are just what Christ called the den of thieves.
Am not quoting Scriptures here as typing this alone na work. But if need be I'll, like a brother said above. All God needs is those who will worship Him in truth and in spirit, seek Him first. Keep His word in their heart so they do not sin against Him because He's a righteous judge and will soon judge the world. When these men are supposed to be seeking God's lost sheeps they're enriching themselves with their NEW AGE theology. |

ib22003: This is the guy i was saying i bought paypal from.now imagine there was no trust or him carry money run. Abeg Toluxa1 God go continue they bless you and your bussiness. toluxa1: This is bad, though I also knew it was going to happen very soon. Some people have seen the desperation of buyers' need for cheaper funds. Alot of people are also not careful enough. I sold $1200 to a lady from nairaland 2 or three days ago, me sef shock.. Conversation went like this: Her: Hello, I am *** from nairaland, do you still have paypal funds? Me: Hi there, Yes I do. Her: Ur rate? Me: 240 Her: Do you have GTB? Me: Yes Her: Alright, that is better, send me your account details, let me transfer now. ... ..... I say this madam no dey fear? Well maybe she has done her due diligence beforehand. My profile is enough! I have most likely been a forum member longer than anyone here (Nearly 10 Years). And if you open a thread today and say toluxa1 scammed you, there are many many people that will bring you to my house. But my advice is, please be careful with who you deal with! Deal with only tested and trusted people here. Thanks Yea bro... You are one seller I've bought from, thought to myself it's a risk... Was still keeping my mind on the chargeback thing even when my Chinese supplier confirmed they received the funds. Probably gonna call back for more bro. Abeg no change your mind go bad ooo#smiles |

Ymodulus: 1. Aliexpress owned by AliGroup charges 5% of every transaction on its website. A break down if the 5% shows that 1.2% Goes as tax to Chinese Government and 1.5% goes to Hong Kong Government and the left over to their purse as source of revenue.
So that burden is placed on any buyer. However with new Hongkong laws the tax will be slashed this year, if the company adjust its 5% that is left for the company to decide.
2. The American Case: A simplified version of how it works. Americans want to send money to Nigeria, if they do, the Nigerian recipient gets 196/$1. But we cash in on the opportunity and say, don't send to Nigeria. Send the money to china. And we will pay your Nigerian clients.
I.e
America ( company ) send to China. Nigeria pays The intended recipient.
So all transactions between the law.
Another way, we buy a well known oil coy. And they send over there. This some Nigerians do.
Thanks bye Oga Ymodulus, was just passing by since oo... but i have an issue, so i won't bug you with too many things. I just want to buy dollars, physical cash dollar. Abeg so i can clear my goods first for the new year. Qnd then i like some ideas here ooo, I'll ask questions about some later. Kudos to you sir. I understand that i haven't met anyone like you before, so willing to share priceless infos and an atheist join. I certainly haven't seen jare. But abeg help me. First Bank didn't suspend indefinitely. They only suspended for Tuesday ( yesterday ) so as to reconcile their account with western union.
Don't ask me further. Thanks.
But work into any branch now. The rate today is even cheaper.
I wan talk but them say Banks and CBN dey view this thread.
Joke asidem I am now enjoying the Fx Scarcity. Let it continue for like 2 months. Am so serious Hello oga Ymodulus, i was actually passing by on the discussion about you not sharing information on better rates so far but now rather than helping us it's doing us harm. The parties who want no information passed seems to be cool and flexing but we dey crack brain dey pend transactions, please sir share info for us, it has done no good that it wasn't shared, rather than delay biz... Although i added your bbpin oo, took you hours to accept and then it's taking hours for message to be delivered or even to be read and replied to. Abeg i dey wait so i go know the way forward. Thanks |

toluxa1: Mr Abraham right? With all due respect to everyone else, I must say you're the only who has dished out this much sensible words. I have actually changed my mind with regards selling the info. I'll rather keep it to my self. It will be most needed next year. Most banks will totally block most cards for international transactions next year and if truly you know this card and how it works, you will also know that even if all banks block their cards, it won't be affected (maybe you didn't know this). So I have come to the conclusion that it is safer with those of us who have it. The only threat I see to it right now, is people jamming it. Anytime it becomes public knowledge, so be it. One love my brother. Have a most splendid Christmas. Oga Toluxa1 We that are coming up nko, no plan to resell like you do, how we go take afford 150k? |
