I got my personality test link 2 days after taking the psychometric. There is nothing to worry about regarding what the personality test is like since what they wanted to know is your kind of person, situation as it applies to you which I believe would be matched with the requirements of the position they are considering you for. You also have the privilege to download the analyzed report after the assessment which will also give you understanding of who you are.

Pls what happens if one is unsuccessful on the personality test, can one still qualify for interview. i pass the assessment test but unsuccessful on personality test. what is my faith ?

pls what is the cutoff mark for the test, i did mine and scored 17 but i ve not been sent any mail eigther pass or fail. can someone pls shed more light .

Are you a contract staff with FBN?

no am not, I have years of banking experience and i also apply but yet to hear from them.

Am not, maybe that was why I didn't hear from them anymore.

I dont think they've called anyone for interview, let's just keep our fingers crossed and be hopeful.

Was contacted 3 weeks ago by FBN HR official, he said I didn't provide my state of origin, which I later gave to him, since then, nothing!

when did u apply, are u presently working with firstbank as a contract staff because I was made to believe that d job opening is ment for first bank contract staffs to be converted to regular staff. Pls sheld more light

Hi everyone, sorry I've been off for some time now. I really have no reason for the absence but it just happened. I've responded to quite a number of enquiries sent to my mail box and at least chatted with one person on watsapp. For those that went a step further in the process, Congrats. For those who haven't please keep hope alive. The process is still on. During my absence I sent fresh CVs twice. To tell you some are just beginning.Those ones are yet to take the test and they are waiting. Patience is the key thing here. But please make your enquiries where you are in doubt. Can someone sheld more light on the recruitment process, I actually applied since Feb and uptill now I've not heard from stanbicibtc, meanwhile I have more than 8 years banking experience. S ther any other special way of applying? because I am surprised reading all this comment Abt recruitment stages while I am still waiting to b called. Can someone Pls help out
