Even after Sasuke obtained EMS, his susano'o was still on the same level as Itachi in his MS. So your chakra determines the level of completion of your susano'o. The eye summons it, the chakra gives it form. Just like chibaku tensei

I think it's very odd that all if a sudden too those mangekyous can summon Susano'o. But, like I have said before, I want to see how Kishi will justify such oddities. It's his story to tell. A bad storyteller is not one who does the unexpected and the odd with his story but one whose story when finished does not make any sense.

So yes, Kakashi should be stronger since he Obito's chakra. And from what Obito said the stuff isn't permanent. Which means his chakra isn't as strong as Ashura and Indra

What gives you the impressions that the seals passed on to Sasuke and Naruto are easily passed on compared to sharingan?
