just2endowed: This is where the Supreme Court will be tested to determine if the law can be read as outdated. I remember a case of a igbo woman that drag his relatives to court base on a customary law that ban female child from inheriting his late father's assets if he has no son. The Supreme Court ruled that such law is outdated and the woman won the case. This is now a precedent. So, it's left to test the Supreme Court of Nigeria to know if such law on blasphemy can be termed ancient and barbaric and outdated. That's what everyone is waiting for, let the case get to the higher courts. There can't be 2 captains in a ship. |

Eriokanmi: yea. Its the work of tinubu. the packaging really got us. They said he was the one who sent the maintains, similar to boko haram into lake Chad and disarmed them when he was military governor of borno so, he's the right man to fight boko haram to finish. Now, not only is boko haram well fortified, they have also spread to the north west and to cover up their lies, they call them all manners of names...herdsmen, bandits, Cattle rustlers, etc, instead of calling a spade a spade. Now, they're planning to bomb abuja. Thanks to the military who told us the truth for the first time by saying they're what they are, boko boys( even though we have known since) Not anymore can anyone deceive me in 3D on the telly . I'd rather support any youth to take over because our leaders have failed us, same people since independence. They say youths are bereft of ideas, all na deceit. Seriously failed, sadly. Packaging matters, that's the truth but at least package a genuine product lol. |

No patriotism.
Incompetent people in key positions - round pegs in square holes.
And of course, CORRUPTION. |

Eriokanmi: It's the simple truth he should know about. Whereas, the private jet he used to convey buhari within and without the country up to Chatham House in the UK where he gave him the speech he read at World press conference( tinubu really packaged buhari no be small and I was one of those he deceived with that package because we were all tired of our broda who messed up by allowing some people who never voted him spoil his govt with corruption . ) that jet was bought with lagos money he stole. All the money spent in staging pidums and campaigns nationwide were lagos money. That time I was just looking at him as those fulanis who flood Buhari's governmemt today were in their hiding waiting for the deal to happen before sending tinubu packing. Who says fulanis are mumu are the baba of all mumus. He's the one causing violence in edo now but he would fail. Oshiomohle he's using should convey the message to him cos edo isnt kwara, and edo can never be lagos. Tinubu is a father of political thuggery and chaos. What a leader they're worshipping. I vividly remember the picture of Buhari wearing a black suit, probably his first and last time ever Hopefully, Nigerians will no longer be deceived by "packaging" going forward after the hard lessons of this administration. |

But in primary schools, we were told English is the official language of Nigeria and whoever finds it difficult to communicate properly in the language is an illiterate.
Pls, what is the official language of China?
@ the corrected, are you actually trying to defend yourself? Were you not the one who wrote FAREshare the other time? Instead of fairshare. Imagine having the nerve to correct someone's English when he's no different. Hypocrite. |

[s] kikero: Because I attacked your hero, I am a fence sitter.?
Well, you're right. I can't vote or support either APC or PDP.
And my question still stands. Since you oppose increases in fuel prices, does that mean you support fuel being sold below its production cost?
FYI, I backed subsidy removal in 2012. Just because I can't stand either party does not mean I can't applaud a good economic policy when I see it? [/s] |

kikero: So you think it is good economic practice if we sell fuel below the production costs?
Forget politics, we can't sustain subsides. Your hero GEJ was right about that, which is why he raised fuel from 65 to 140...and which is why Bubu and tinubu were wrong to oppose him then Mr sitting on the fence, where in my comment is GEJ mentioned? Please continue your comments speaking with both sides of the mouth and leave my comments in peace. Those who have a clear stand, I can engage in conversation with. |

Those saying "people will go to the cheaper petrol station" yada yada yada. CHEAPER is relative. N250 can be the cheapest, doesn't' mean it is AFFORDABLE. Especially for the average Nigerian already struggling with inflation, no job, no security.
The govt should have put in place a number of key things before moving to this phase. |

Gerrard59: Respect is reciprocal so they say. Someone who works at Seplat will not call unnecessarily to ask for money or might not even call at all. Ditto for someone who operates a business with an annual turnover of 60M. The level of respect accorded by those abroad towards those people will be totally different. People conduct themselves based on the value they offer, in return, that is the level of respect they earned from others. Lastly, it is not necessarily on the basis of what they have but the value they offer. Humans naturally discriminate against one another based on the value each party offers. Agreed, and value is not necessarily tied to money. The value some offer is experience, advice, or even just plain motivation, things that are not easily quantified. |
