You have to furnish us with more information on structural eldments of the warehouse. Is the building of composite members: combination of concrete and steel as stanchion and beams. What type of foundation is transmitting the load to the soil. At least that you can see physically. Give us more information for preliminary advice. The next thing should be your M&E condiut piping and installation of door and window subframes. You can then commence plastering /rendering while you arrange for anti buglar bars and window sashes. However, those material list are on a high side. The best could be achieved with less. |
