Then you should try the last resort of formatting the whole phone. By going to the flash tab on sp flash tool on the left (make sure 'Auto Format Flash' and 'Format whole flash without bootloader' are selected.
click OK, Stop should now be red in color while Format should be grey in color Connect your switched off phone via USB cord, a progress bar should load till you get a 'Success' message (green circle) - after formatting try to flash all the files again.

Yeah i used xp to flash my friends f6 so this guide is from my xp experience. So I think you should use xp also.

What you need;

Mtk65Xx preloader drivers(do not use pdanet drivers, your phone will get detected by pc but not with sp flash tool)

1. Install USBDeview and use it to uninstall all Vcom, Mediatek and Preloader drivers

2. Extract the contents of the Mediatek USB VCOM file above

3. connect your phone while off, pc will detect it and you will see mt65xx preloader click on it and new hardware wizard will start, click on advanced(Select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) , next click on browse then oben the folder which you extracted earlier
>mediatek usb vcom drivers>drivers>uab vcom drivers then choose 2k_xp com if you are using Windows xp and vista if you are using vista or windows 7 if you are using Windows 7.
Click next and Finnish installing.

4.extract the contents of the stock rom zip you downloaded earlier.

1. Remove the battery from the phone and slot it back in without booting the phone

2. Launch SP Flash Tool.

3. Click on Scatter-loading by the right

4. In the window that pops up, select the folder of the stock backup you downloaded earlier and find scatter file for your phone then click open (scatter file is a text file with the word "scatter" in its name )

5. A list should appear (preloader, mbr, ebr etc)

6. Tick the box beside Preloader and all other boxes except data and cache)

7. After selecting all the files you wish to flash, click 'Download' (with an arrow above it)

8. Stop should now be red in color, connect the switched off phone to the PC via USB 12. A progress bar should run till you get a 'Success message' (green circle)

9. Disconnect the phone, remove the battery for 15 seconds, slot it back in then boot the phone into recovery mode then wipe user data,
power up the phone.

It is not a QHD screen it is a qHD. QHD is 2560 x 1440

extract recovery.img on the root of your internal memory then open rashr flash tools and click on recovery, then from storage, then choose recovery.img then click ok.

No new things only unnoticeable bug fixes. I cant upload im in a place where 3G is unavailable at the moment but i will upload once im back home in a few days.

We're you able to flash the update.zip cos mine crashes and said installation aborted probably I've deleted some applications that comes with the original stock rom

I updated normally with the stock recovery. Everything was smooth.

The absent of Sd card slot is a big minus because if your phone get bricked or formatted you lose all your music, videos and personal data.

Only the cwm backup. And also it is not a flashable zip you should unzip and place that folder on sdcard/clockwockmod/backup then boot into cwm then go to backup and restore then restore.
