First of all you are generalising all android manufacturers. Samsung hasn't copied the notch design as well as all reputable android manufacturers. Only Chinese OEMs.
Second nobody likes the notch design and if it was me i wouldn't buy any phone with a notch.

Yeah Right. Try to edit a 4k video on your phone or a whole movie on your phone or create 3D animations on your phone or play games like GTA V or forza horizon 3 on your phone or run programs like Adobe after effects.

Download an app on play store known as genuine galaxy or copy the imei and paste them into imei checker website it will tell you information about the phone model manufacturer etc

For me screen is #1 it must be AMOLED DISPLAY because the screen is what you see all the time others are processor ,gpu, battery, camera and build quality and design. Tecno phantom 6 is a good phone but the screen put me off

A AMOLED display is #1 for me
And more 4G bands which i think is hindered by the mtk processor. I mean most African 4G networks use band 3 and 20 and they didn't include it

If uc browser closes itself then the problem is your phone. It needs at least 2Gb ram. Became when you run out of ram, the android os closes apps which you left open for a long time. Eg uc browser.

The element which makes it imperfect is the screen. 720p ips screen on a 5.5 inch phone looks horrible.

What i did was i just flashed a custom rom aurora v8.5 NOTE 4 port Android 5.0.1which is already rooted. Great features and great battery life. Check it on xda.

it means you have removed some system apps or you are rooted or you have installed fonts etc.

Was considering the Hot Note Pro before but with my new experience with this Lollipop UI, I think I'll pass for now.

Can you post your settings, notification drawer and quick settings screenshots. I tryied this mod on tecno z mini which has close to the same notification drawer and quick sett. Like i hotnote but nothing changed. I thought maybe its because tecno z mini ui is heavly modified by tecno.

check if the phone has android 4.4.2 in about phone. If it is then you have been scammed, they gave you a fake m5.
My friend also bought a fake m5. It has 254mb ram, 150mb internal memory, fake android 4.4.2. And it lags a lot. And if you open opera mini then minimize it, then you go and open for example whatsapp and minimize it, if you return to opera mini you will find that it has already closed.
