It's an advantage to the buyer. I'm sure they won't be selling at that price again. The land is being sold by an estate firm(in a proposed estate) so I don't know the present price at the moment. I only maintained the old price.

Yea...that was the selling price per plot in 2017, can still go with that for a plot and even lower for two or more plots.

NOTE: Property is in Ibadan.

the same way I felt when I read some people's comments. It's either they are ignorant of what is happening in Oyo state or they choose to be biased because they feed from Ajimobi's government directly or indirectly.

thank you sir, I've been reading comments and I begin to shake my head. Some people would just say what they don't know. The road he commissioned was not even as bad as the one that leads to the industrial estate.

if u r a first time car user, don't deal! else u can figure out a way to listen to the suspension sounds( not that I think it's doable) like the oga kazeems here earlier advised! it's cheaper than it's Toyota counterpart of same year, I know! but a man has got to do what a man has got to do! right? FYI, I'm not a mechanic nor am I a technician, I'm just some random car enthusiast with a lot of bad experiences with Honda, switched to Toyota and boom, peace with vehicle was attained!
