Why not look for land within Epe axis... and if you ask me why? It's more closer to Lagos (general/open) markets of the likes of Mile 12, Ketu, etc where you can easily sell your produce from the farm upon harvest at very good prices than any other places. And if you choose to sell in a custom markets ( which includes super markets, groceries stores Or even directly to consumers) for a better pricing options, you'll have the large population of Lagos to thank for that

Like someone replied you above, why don't you get the seeds for all the plants you've mentioned, then you plant and grow them yourselves?

The seeds can be way-billed to you in your location in I'm case you don't have where you can get them over there.

It's definitely not valid. The poster is just doing copying and pasting everywhere and I am sure he/she has never practiced any farming activity before .....

I am not only concerned about the pre-transaction issues but my biggest concern is the post transaction issues which may arise after the escrow must have released the money to the seller. If the funds are not coming from clean source, then issue of chargeback /refunds will certainly comes up
And like I said before:
