In recent times, agitations have become rife in Nigeria. Whether real or perceived, agitations continue to thrive in our sphere.
I humbly want to suggest the following on how to go about our agitations.
1. Let us eschew bitterness and rancour. Whatever is the agitation - from the desire for social justice to correcting anomalies of marginilization - we can always employ decency, decorum and legitimate means of agitating.
2. Let us stop hate speeches. For God's sake spewing hate speeches, no matter how aggrieved we feel, will not get us anywhere. That will only spread strife.
3. Let us avoid violence. Some talk about war as if it is a child's play. Please, say no to violence.
In Africa, citizens should be building bridges that will bring about unity, progress, growth and development. Certainly, we should not be blowing up the few fragile bridges!
Our society will be better when we do things conscientiously. Thank you.

The spread of hate speeches in Nigeria is baffling. Some people now thrive in expressing bitterness, animosity, hatred and diatribes, as if doing that will make them actualize their desires . Some even refer to fellow creatures made in God's image as animals.
Nigerians must desist from doing this. What the Bible says is love your neighbours. Why then do we degenerate to the level of beastiality? It is not late, we can still amend our ways.
God did not make a mistake by making us as people with differences. God did not make the mistake of putting people with diverse views on planet earth. What we need is understanding and tolerance.
It does not matter who is right or wrong. Let us avoid hate speeches.
