I have to ask, Why is it that most accusations of rape, molestation, sexual violence, physical/verbal abuse are usually revealed to the public by victims when the person being accused is experiencing a moment of fame?

You have a very valid point,but don't you think if all state governor key in to these initiative Nigerians will be at ease. The government just need to start from somewhere,before we tackle other loopholes.
Measures like food security by tackling bandits and unknown gunmen in all regions so that our farmers can go back to the farm.
Subsidizing of agricultural inputs for framers.
And lastly,subsidizing agricultural produce by government to it's citizens,if all these is done in a very transparent way Nigerians would be a happy nation.
The Lagos state government is starting with a lovely initiative first Nigerians must eat.

If you fail to provide food on the table for Nigerians you are nothing but a failure....
The Lagos state governor is on the right track.
