Foolishness and stupidity is the major problem with such people. Several times,people have advised me to travel to the US and go live there cos they feel my body system doesn't suit the Nigerian society. While I admit that I have such challenges,I also do not subscribe to the idea of relocating;I wasn't born in the US or UK. I've always maintained that,the only reason why I will travel out,is to go for holiday or a business trip. .

the nigerian govt can relocate them to somewhere else in nigeria, or move them overseas for an education after which they can return home if they are so inclined.

they just have to change their names, tribes, etc. Take up new identities so boko haram cant track them.
