Used forte oil visco 2000 for the first 4months then later switched to total quartz 5000 uptill now the milage is about 212000km

I'm using a Toyota corolla sports 2013 for three years now, Im now experiencing smoke at the tail end and oil shortage weekly without leakage . I was adviced to get a new engine. My question is there any way around this or I must change the engine. If the latter is the case, how much can I get a good engine. The AC and gear box are perfectly OK
