This sale finally closed today for $350. Lol. We ended up not using any marketplace or escrow for the transaction. All done manually. Sent him two options: 1. afternic/godaddy checkout link and 2. a wise invoice. I told him the wise/manual invoice was faster, and that Godaddy would add extra fees and delay the whole thing. He paid via wise this evening. Then I pushed the domain name to him. No 5% or 15 percent commission
Wise took 1% though

I abandoned domainjng 3yrs ago after selling only 2 names because I was very discouraged. Recently I resumed back and did more research based on my domain class with Iyke promotion back in 2017. Registered 5 names and listed them. I have never had the time for outbounding so I have completely drifted away from geo names.

Got a $2500 offer from a buyer for this particular name and i immediately contacted iyke promotion and took all his advice. I declined offer and requested $3500 instead. I didn't hear from them again so I decided to take their $2500 offer after few days . Surprisingly buyer countered my request with $4000 lol. I said within myself these guys are not serious buyers but gbam! Status changed to "payment received, awaiting funds to clear" lol and finally got the sale mail today.

Supreme or apex court as the case may be is the final destination of judgement rulings any case can't go beyond the supreme court, but that doesn't makes the lawmakers and even with their supremacy, the president can still ignore their rulings on many occasions and nothing anyone can do, hope you know that Nigerian president has the military power at his command?

No, only the house of assembly makes law. Judges are to deliver judgement in accordance to the law made by the lawmakers which is the national house of assembly, the problem now is that the president can ignore the judgement of any court especially, if the judgement doesn't favor him and nothing will happen. The same goes with governor at the state level. Our judiciary has limited power to enforce the judgement delivered while the president and governor enjoyed an autonomy power!
