Seriously she's too eager to get results which I told her she has to invest. After buying the domain name, she asked hoiw much she should list it for. I told her $499 and advised her to start outbounding on Monday from 2pm. Which she did.

regardless of platform where it sold, any sales that happens through this listing is credited to Dan and not afternic, you're not the one that listed it on afternic but, dan.com does. If you want an instant domain push once it sold only list with Dan.com!!!

I decided to not wait to do a quarterly report for these ones. This is about the highest number of sales I had quarterly last year.

The Lake Oconee name sold after previous outbound efforts seemed to have failed. It came through on 1 January, the following day after my last sale in the previous quarter. I once discounted the price to $300 (in 2022) and even did fresh outbound much later (2023), but no show before this sale.

The Denver sale was one of my easier ones. It sold after following up on the first email. Buyer offered the sale price in reply; I countered with 399, but they maintained 250. The only person who showed interest after the first email didn't respond to follow-up emails - she later did after the sale. Lesson: follow up always (at least one time in the worst case scenario).

I wasn't aware of the pet doctor sale until almost 24 hours later when DAN sent me a reminder with a 24-hour "ultimatum." Gmail somehow didn't notify me and I didn't check my inbox, partly because it was a Sunday. I shock say na this kain sale I for miss.

yes, he's actually interested, but didn't want to pay beyond the registration price, the same reason an end-user will ask for the price and wouldn't respond again! That they're interested doesn't mean they'll buy, some will even make an offer yet will not buy! Conviction to buy is different from being ordinarily interested!

so I won an auction on Saturday and I quickly use the cash I was to use for it for another thing, so I was out of cash to pay for it, I have already made up my mind I’m not paying for the auction but I don’t want my account to be banned, so I looked through my domain names and I picked this name to outbound this morning, this particular name is in Dutch, so i messaged the business whatsap account in Dutch language through the help of Google translate and everything went well.
My last major outbound was in July last year.

He said he's interested but will buy it in January. Mailed him later and calls, he no longer reply probably because of the Nigeria number he might have concluded it's a scam.

Fast forward few days ago, my good friend @treasure28 finalized this deal via phone call using Google voice. He's so good on this and have closed several deals using phone.

Funds arrived yesterday via Grey and the deal closed successfully.
