BabaNath: On the 'stay at home tomorrow' order in Ife. The traditional council of Ile Ife gave an order yesterday, strongly advised people to stay indoors tomorrow, owing to the traditional passing rites for the late monarch. Based on this, I have a few questions I'll like to get an answer to: What if we all choose to defy this order? Will that not be a chance to test the collective will of the people? Shouldn't all the unnecessary tradition that is not in conformity with our modern day be jettisoned? How many businesses will be affected tomorrow? What if there's an emergency? Why are we still adhering to tenets that was passed to us by men who never saw 'civilization'? I'm just thinking aloud. You want to be a hero FYI, the even "abobaku" a man designated by destiny to die with the Ooni has escaped We don't honour heroes in Nigeria, abeg park well o |

should we start celebrating this
We have an INNOSON producing if not a better quality car in Nigeria, but guess what? He's an Igbo man, therefore no local patronage. Not even the government to encourage and protect this indigenous initiative. Yet we complain of a failing economy A falling Naira Lack of employment Lack of industrialization. Etc
Here is an innoson and his likes with a solution to our problem but we have hypocritically turned a blind eye.
Nigerians, is this a curse |

HungerBAD: @ the OP let me make this easy.
Jonathan was in Aso Rock, to negotiate the terms of how and his thieving crew will return Nigerian's back back to her. He was negotiating on behalf of those that are jail bound no matter what.
I am sure, Buhari accorded him the respect as a former President, for him to redeem himself before he is dragged with the rest to jail. I like the way Jonathan is going behind closed door to do the needful, with his cap in his hands showing humility.
If he likes, he can go to Aso Rock 20 times. The 20 Replies he will get will be the same TELL YOUR MINIONS TO RETURN ALL MONIES STOLEN
Buhari is working. Hunger is really bad. It affects ones reasoning. |
