This is getting out of hand. Bandits who were cattle rustlers before have now resumed fully as kidnappers of children and adults. They even went as far as kidnapping the whole family of a federal government worker/officer. Unfortunately, Nigerian government is still sleeping. |
Good move! Nigerian porous borders need serious attention and tight surveillance. |
The south should make good use of its vast tropical fertile land to provide food security, create employment and contribute to the economic growth of the country. All these put together will in turn, reduce urban congestion and crime rates. The south needs to inculcate to its young generation that "FARMING IS NOT A POOR MAN JOB". The southern society needs to make farming attractive to the young. There's a Yoruba adage that says:“When hunger is taken out of poverty, poverty ends.” |
Covid-19 vaccines are still on experimental processes. The vaccines should only be administered to people who are willing to receive them. |

Yes, we need one another. |
Tranquility4u: tamdun:Correct form: Did you just say...... Other products being supplied from the North and the North Central (Niger, Benue, Nasarawa States) to the Southwest region include pepper, yams, guinea corn, maize, yam flour, and local rice(though not much) |
The north has already realized that it needs the south for it to gain and rake in maximum profit possible. The south, due to its failure of making good use of its vast tropical fertile land, has also acknowledged the fact that the north is the one supplying much of its basic and staple foods. |
Good move. Nigerian governors should work on how to make their respective states industrious so as to create job opportunities for unemployed youths and develop the country economically. |
Nice. |
The northern marketers have realized that both producers and consumers need one another to survive, hence the halting of the five-days embargo. On the otherhand, the short-term embargo is a lesson and a strong message to the people of the Southwest that they themselves should embark on mechanized farming and engage therein actively. |

While you are accumulating losses hugely on daily basis, the boycotted sides will be looking for the alternatives and engage themselves in mechanized farming. So who is losing! |
Some people can do anything unimaginable for money. The informants and the criminals called bandits are all the same. |
The Fulani bandits who are mostly non-Nigerians are in this country for war. They are terrorising many parts of the country. From North, to the North Central, South-west and to some parts of the South-south of the country. Nigerian government should wake up. |
I pity the producers whom the actions taken by the northern foodstuff union officials have resulted to their big losses after going through hard labour and spending huge amount of money on irrigation farming during this dry season period. The neighbouring countries the union is asking foodstuff marketers to divert their goods to, can't buy all those commodities being diverted and this will result to huge losses not only to the producers but also the marketers. So the boycotting and diversion of these commodities is a wrong step. |

May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Al-Jannah. Aameen |
Don't marry criminals called bandits. We don't want to see their likes in the coming generations. They are so heartless and merciless. |
Good development |
It's so painful. |
Nigeria, a great country of multiethnic groups, is being led by the worst leaders who have no sympathy for the people that gave them power. I am so sad! Nigeria, good people, great nation but governed by the worst, heartless leaders. No average Nigerian is safe at the moment. May Almighty God return peace and tranquility back to our land. |
Things are getting out of hand. The government has to make a total clamp down on these criminals called bandits soonest, at all cost. If not, many schools will be closed and students will become dropouts. There was also an attempted abduction at one school in Ogun State some days ago. So this is getting to the southern part of the country gradually. Nigerian government should be up and doing. All possible measures should be taken, even if it will need bringing in mercenaries. These criminals are posing a threat to this nation. No average Nigerian is safe at the moment. |

This is a welcome development. Allow our students to enjoy their fundamental and constitutional rights. If developed nations(like the United States of America, the UK etc) of the world allow the use of Hijab in their schools for their citizens and non-citizens, what will make some intolerant folks to suppress my sisters and my daughters in our own country! |
The Federal Government has abandoned Nigerians. No average Nigerian is safe at the moment. |
Beautiful. This was when Nigeria was doing well. When its leaders were not treasury looters. |
Can't stop laughing. Some Nigerians are now getting themselves ferried on single-wheel vehicles. ![]() |
Moneyboyz:Muslims are not the slaves of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). If your church has taught you the opposite of this position, you should know that you have been fed with trash. You are all SLAVES of Paul who changed the True Teachings of Jesus and forced you to follow his own personal evil teachings. |
