And about the email, i think the only document you would need its original is the divorce decree if your fiance(e) has had a divorce in the past. Everything else is good with scanning or via email.

you can login countless times but make sure you don’t click “continue “ more than five times a day but the “continue” part is not important until an available date appears on the bottom left of your account

you probably clicked “continue” more than five times in a day, you can longin to your ustraveldoc account as much as you can and once there’s an available date you’ll see it at the bottom left of your homepage, you don’t need to click continue, once you see available date you can go ahead and click continue and schedule appointment but please don’t click continue more that 5 times in a day if not your account will be locked automatically for 72 hours, all the best to you.
