We've been crying about McFred for about 3 years now. I don't want to believe he'll come in and then add Dejong and expect it to be a good midfield. While we're losing Pogba and Matic.

I can't bear to watch McFred midfield combo again this season, McTom should be loaned asap. Club should sign Ndidi or any other good and intelligent holding midfielder, and sort out other necessary position of importance. If it is De Jong he want, he should put pressure on the board to conclude the deal asap.

These players I know will ginger initially and falter some months into the season and by then it will be too late. Aside that we have lost a couple of players that we should be replacing as fast as possible. Other teams that are visibly much better than us are concluding their businesses and ETH is saying he wants to access these same set of players that have been very disappointing? I think Bissouma and Bruno will improve the midfield but the problem is probably the cost. being that they already are in the EPL, their clubs will try to be unreasonable with pricing.

scouting for academy is great too, I think time will tell if there's progress there. Hannibal will probably be a testament shortly.

80m on de Jong is steep and I'd rather take a walk. we can get two quality midfielders for that price if we get our bearings right.

Rashford and Martial are done. let's just move on from unseriousness early enough for once in this club.

Their salary is a reason it won't be easy to offload them. I don't see either of them accepting a pay cut to move, so loan deals would be the best option. Bissouma shouldn't cos more that 40m, but i would prefer either Ndidi or Philips (either will cost far more sadly).

This was BEFORE the first election when everybody was expecting him to come with a magic wand and transform Nigeria.

Maybe you didn’t know about his health issues but they existed even then. The only thing is they have obviously progressed and gotten much worse, as Tinubu’s will eventually.

Didn't notice he had serious health issues before 2015, now some Nigerians are about to make similar mistake by voting a sick Tinubu. I pray any other candidate emerge victorious...
