Glo has been deducting my airtime for some time and anytime I try to put a call through to thier customer care, they just put me on a long thing for more than 20minutes.
All I hear is the annoying voice that keeps telling me a customer care representative will soon speak to me. It's so annoying that in this age and time, a telecommunication company can keep a customer waiting for more than 20minutes without speaking to a customer care representative.
