Hello doc, I'm a young mother, my baby will soon be 5 months and I started seeing my MC last month. What form of family planning will u recommend for me(I hate pills n I already add some weight which I'm trying to control so pills n hormones is ruled out). I want to give myself a space of 2 or 3 yrs before taking in.

I just discovered this thread and I'm loving it, my baby will be 5ms come 12th of this month, he refused taking d SMA I gave him, he prefers d Brst milk. My problem now is my brst is now on fire, d surroundings is now peeling off. I really need an alternative cos I'm scared of feeding him because of d pains I'll go thru.
