Crime / Two Newly Recruited Policemen In Oyo State Drowns While Chasing "Weed Smokers'' by Tripplebest: 9:21am On Jul 18, 2020
A sad and grieving moment for the families of two newly recruited policemen who drowned while chasing suspected weed smokers know Oyo state, according to instablog9ja on instagram who aired the news. The identities of the policemen revealed were Oparemi Goke and Ogunyemi Mujeeb, according to the police.

However, according to reports, the two newly recruited policemen were in pursuit of hoodlums who were suspected weed smokers, when one of the suspects dived into the water at Awerintu river, Oke Eketu, and the policemen also followed them suit, as they were unlucky and unfortunate to come out alive as they drowned and were immerged into the mud.

It was furthermore revealed, according to instablog9ja on instagram that the newly recruited policemen just passed out from the police training college few months ago, and began their service to the state, and the country as a whole, as they were constables of the Durbar police station, Oyo state. What an unfortunate incident. One has to be careful in life, no mater what one is doing.

Before we get to see the lovely throwback photos of Tolulope Arotile, who died on the 15th day of July, 2020 let us have a brief biography of her as well as what led to her death.

It is no longer news that Tolulope was the first Nigerian Airforce female helicopter pilot.

Tolulope Arotile was given birth to on the 13th day of December 1995. Tolulope Arotile would have been 25 years on the 13th day of December, 2020 if the cold hands of death had not snatched her away from the face of the earth on that fateful day in which she departed.

Tolulope Arotile is a native of Iffe, a settlement which is located in Ijimu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Tolulope Arotile was born into the family of Mr & Mrs Akintunde Arotile. She was born in Kaduna, the capital city of Kaduna State.

At a tender age, Tolulope Arotile was enrolled by her father, Akintunde Arotile into the prestigious Air Force Primary School where she had her nursery as well as primary school education, obtaining a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) degree at the completion of her studies.

Subsequently, upon graduation from Air Force Primary School, Tolulope Arotile was enrolled into Air Force Secondary School where she had her secondary school education.

Thereafter, Tolulope Arotile made her way to the prestigious Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), which is located in Kaduna State for higher learning.

Upon graduation from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Tolulope Arotile joined the Nigerian Air Force 401 Flying training school, which is situated in Kaduna, Kaduna State on the 22nd day of December 2012.

Five years later, Tolulope Arotile graduated from the Nigerian Airforce 401 training school. She was thereafter made an officer in the Nigerian Air Force on the 16th day of September 2017.

While as a child who was growing up, Tolulope Arotile has always dreamt of becoming a part of the Nigerian Military. She had disclosed during a press briefing before her demise, that she had joined the military as a result of the passion she had for it.

She had stated categorically that she loved the carriage being a military personnel gives as well as its standing in a nation, which she had described as exceptional.

It is worthwhile to note that Tolulope Arotile was a pace setter as well as a goal getter when she was alive. Due to her dedication towards being the best at what she does, Tolulope Arotile underwent tactical flying training for the Augusta 109 power attack, which was held in Italy.

The eight months Tolulope Arotile had stayed in active service before her demise looks like a thousand years. She achieved a whole lot during these eight months which gave her recognition.

Just to mention but a few of her achievements, on the 19th day of October, 2019 Tolulope Arotile was decorated by the Nigerian Air force as the first female fighter flying pilot. The decoration which took place in Abuja was carried out by the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Saddique Abubakar and the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Mrs (Dame) Pauline Tallen.

Tolulope Arotile had also contributed maximally in the Nigerian Air Force by combating the notorious armed bandits in the North Central geopolitical zone of Nigeria.

Tolulope Arotile had met her death on the 15th day of July, 2020 following an alleged accident that was caused by her secondary school classmate who had visited her.

According to eye witnesses who reported the tragic incidence, they had disclosed that Tolulope's secondary school classmate had unintentionally killed her after unknowingly hitting her while reversing her car in the NAF base.

Following the hit by the car, it was reported that Tolulope Arotile had fallen, hitting her head on a pavement which brought about complications that led to her death.

The death of Tolulope Arotile is indeed a huge loss to the Nigerian Air Force, Nigerians as well as international communities.

has six female military pilots who have distinguished themselves in a field often seen as the exclusive preserve of their male counterpart.

Health / Police Officer Caught Red-handed Raping A COVID-19 Patient In Quarantine by Tripplebest: 8:15am On Jul 18, 2020
A police officer was kidnapped with an extenuating Covid-19 patient on Friday, July 17.

According to the police report, the incident occurred at the Bisia County Agricultural Training Center, which is a Covid-19 isolation center.

The place is guarded by three police officers and three guards. The remand prisoners and general public patients from Busia prison are kept in separate wards.

As usual, around 10 pm, two guards from Busia GK Prison carried out regular patrols in the facility.

One of them started talking with the patient. His colleague felt uncomfortable and walked into the guard room.

He told other officials what happened, and they all checked what happened.

However, the suspect and patient have moved away from the place where the police officer left their conversation.

The police officer became suspicious and began to look around. In the process, he heard noise and commotion from the women's ward.

The police report said: “They rushed to the scene, found all the patients outside, and complained that the prison officials raped the female patient.”

The authorities said that when they entered the woman's room, they found her and the officer both lying on the bed.

However, a woman isolated at the facility told the police that the Covid-19 patient had agreed to the behavior, but only changed her narrative after she learned that another Covid-19 patient in the ward knew her condition. And the police are doing it.

The suspect was arrested at the same facility and placed in isolation. Senior officials at the Busia GK prison confiscated his guns
