flexyrule:Some people do not know how to read, before coming online to type. Don't mind him |
Okechinwadike:while disagree with his submission and many others who refuse to reason and continue to justify bad leadership, yet i will point out you are also very wrong in calling out an entire tribe. its same offense of not thinking deeply you are accusing him of. Stop all these generalizations. |
Omoluabi16:Very laughable. Thats how we have allowed our leaders think the own us |
I'm surprised many readers and commenters on Nairaland cannot comprehend simple English. The way news are twisted and manipulated is beyond my comprehension. Where in this post did the OP mention any part of her body is missing? She was killed in cold blood, and her body found on her farm. It could be anyone, we should not even link it with herds men, unless investigation reveals so! I wonder why people without reasoning just type whatever comes to their brain on public space like this to spread hatred and bigotry. Someone even said she was married to a Yoruba man, even though it was stated her husband is also from Benue state. We should know it's not about region or race. Insecurity is everywhere. Whether North, East, West or South, ritual killings and organ harvesting is done every where. Majority of our problems in Nigeria is on social media where we have almost brainless folks spreading hatred like wildfire. Speak to the issue in ground if you must comment, rather than linking it with your selfish ideologies. |

It's a shame we defend evil with all our mind. vannessa7: |
As your name implies they don dent some part of your body. Is it right to intimidate people by asking them to stay away unless they identify with a political party? How is fairness displayed here. Don't come here and start quoting who els did it in favour of Labour party What's bad is bad, no matter which party. The Police or DSS should arrest all those inciting terrorism or fear in the heart of the people. Everyone should be free to come out and vote whoever they feel they want. Can't life be this simple? It is well |
Nnannapat:I thought so too. We should always apply logic before spreading news. More information is needed here to ascertain the correctness. How can such an expensive oil be used in frying Akara? Does it make the main oil last longer or multiplies the number of Akara fried? |
Farid24224:I am a Christian, and I think I like the way you defend and argue constructively. Unlike certain blind ones... Many so called Christians and Muslims are so lazy to study thier scriptures that they listen and latch on hear says. While I am not equating both religion, I believe if we objectively study and ask the Almighty God for direction, he will surely lead aright and guide. |
Mods need to do more in filtering news that go to the front page! There a better things that can build us up. Felixamos: |

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.africanews.com/amp/2020/04/07/chad-president-joins-frontline-combat-against-boko-haram/ Chad president joins frontline combat against Boko Haram By Abdur Rahman Alfa Shaban Last updated: 07/04/2020 Chad president joins frontline combat against Boko Haram Chadian President, Idriss Deby Itno joined the country’s soldiers in the frontline of the fight against Boko Haram terrorists in the country. Deby appeared in military fatigue last week as he led an operation to decimate the terrorists from Chadian territory. The operation codenamed “Operation Wrath of Bomo,” came after terrorists dealt the heaviest blow to the Chadian military after an assault killed over 90 soldiers. “We launched the “Wrath of Bomo” operation. We must defeat terrorism to allow our people and especially those of Lake Chad to live in peace. This is the whole meaning of the fight that our valiant soldiers are waging against Boko Haram,” Deby said in a tweet two Sundays ago. The offensive according to reports took place at Kelkoua bank and Magumeri where the army destroyed several Boko Haram bunkers, recovered cache of arms and arrested a top Boko Haram commander. It was gathered that the Chadian troops allegedly set free some Nigerian soldiers held captive by terrorists at Magumeri, a local government in the northern Borno State. Five days later, April 4, the president announced that Boko Haram had been completely removed from Chadian territory. “I went down this morning to Kaiga-Kindjinria. No element of Boko haram is present in the islands of Lake Chad. Congratulations to our Defense and Security Forces who have cleaned up the entire island area,” he declared on Twitter. On the same day Deby met with head of the commander of the Multinational Joint Task Force fighting Boko Haram in the Lake Chad region. Deby said the meeting in Kaiga-Kindjinria, with Nigerian General-Major Ibrahim Manu Yusuf bordered on security deployments on the islands of Lake Chad. Deby was back to the area on Sunday when he visited troops who had been injured during the offensive. He stressed that the soldiers had put their best foot forward for their fatherland. A video making the rounds on Twitter captures Deby disclosing that Boko Haram’s factional leader, Abubakar Shekau, had narrowly escaped in the town of Dikoa. He goes on to advise Shekau to surrender or be killed inside his Dikoa hideout. “Abubakar Shekau was lucky, he was at Dikoa during the attack. He fled from Dikoa but we know where he is,” the president stressed during a state broadcast. Though birthed in northern Nigeria’s Borno State, the Boko Haram insurgency has taken a regional dimension with the group launching attacks across the Lake Chad region which borders Nigeria, Niger, Cameroon and Chad. The group is one of Africa’s deadliest along with Somalia’s Al-Shabaab and Al-Qaeda in the Sahel region.

it sill happens here in Nigeria! That as been the subject of my mail exchanges and calls with their customer care. |
Its just annoying. |
Hello Everyone, I noticed recently that each time I load a new data on my MTN, I noticed the data just evaporates without much usage on the line. MY device accounting records very much less usage, compared to what MTN system states. I have called customer care severally, they are not helpful at all. Has anyone noticed this, or is it only me? Please we need to monitor our data, especially those who subscribe for high volume of data. ![]()

resurgentxtian4:Yes. Second coming of Jesus. All the happenings now is a preparation of the war prophesied in the scriptures. But before then, the saints would have been raptured. May God count us among. He that has an ear, let him listen to what the spirit says unto the Church. |
resurgentxtian4:It's too bad to abuse him. I pray God will not show him who He truly is. "he is asking who is that God"? All those who asked such questions perished. I am sorry for him. Olorun GBA WA o. |
MikaelsonRx:Tell him. He seems to forget God rules in the affairs of men. |
41lady:True. Unless God allows it when they turn against God. They don't seem to know who the Jews are? Even in their backslidden state, they are still the apple of God's eyes. What the other religions don't know is that Christian's only follow the trends of what is sure to happen.. Nobody is trying to support the Jews. The fate of the Jews is already decided, nobody can change it. That's the absolute fact! |
Like they did in the 1967 6 days war? You all don't seem to get it. This ain't religious or political strife. It's prophecy. It's going to happen, no one can stop or hinder the declaration. It's the signs of the times. Buckle up and get ready! The end is near! Bolster: |
