A private estate has laws, for a visitor to call the resident before access could be granted.

The CP was wrong saying police could enter any public place, the estate is not a public place it’s an estate and the use of highway to justify it being a public place even did more damage.

Moreover, a valid police warrant from a court of jurisdiction is required to enter any place.
