Lots of companies out there who are making money but not even taking care of their workers, some of the ceos with unreasonable attitudes, always want to over use dia workers and pay peanuts.

Pls someone advice me on what to do , I got admission last two years via Direct entry due to lack of job into Medicine but during the lockdown i venture into motor spare parts business with little capital and the business is moving fine with huge profit . should forger the school and concentrate on the business or leave the business ?

Both are very important but it's hard combining medicine as a course with other activities. You can train a trusted individual who can help with the job while u are in school and also make sure you visit the shop at good intervals as well. I wish you the best.

Government should also monitor private sector's charity?!

Okay, I get it now. Let's be stupid and blame the government for our stupidity.

Remember that the palliatives were handed over to various institutions by the Govt. for distribution.

I can see 'Lagos State Govt.' printed on one of the white bags.

Meanwhile, hundreds of Lagosians have looted a warehouse in Lagos and carted away with what seems to be covid-19 palliative.

Please note that the palliative is CA Covid palliative which was donated and is monitored by the private sector.

So, it isn't the government that is hoarding our stuff from us. It's people like us that are hoarding our stuff from us.

This is why we say our leaders are only a mirror of who we are. Change yourself and watch Nigeria grow to the country of your dream.

I agree with you and also do not support this act. The role of the Govt. also is to monitor the distribution of the palliatives to enable justice.
You may want to give your son 3 million naira for business set up and at same time, you also want to make sure he has spent the money upon setting up the business.
Crime / Re: Thugs Destroy Diamond Bank ATMs In Enugu (Video) by Trust034: 3:04pm On Oct 22, 2020
I have never known protests as a solution to issues or problems, whether peaceful or violent.
The Govt. does not seem responsive to demands.

At present the 'violences' have caused lots of unemployment already, we masses are still the ones to suffer the aftermath, we may not recover from the aftermath for the next one year.

You need not be a school goer to understand the demands, the covid 19 times were very hard for Nigerians, come to think of the private school teachers who only earned meagre pays. The post covid 19 period should be a period of sympathy for Nigerians and not a time for increase in the cost basic amenities.

Dialogues should hold but will the govt. create a sincere atmosphere to act upon the needs of the people?

All military and para-military parastatals should be made to understand their functions without being politicised.
Electricity and fuel tariffs need to be slashed to real affordable rates for the generality.

Improvement in Research, complete funding of Schools and Hospitals, cut excessive spending and salaries, assist the MSMEs and many more.

I no fit talk too much
